Best buffet breakfast. Thanks to El Manik making amazing creations in the kitchen. So beautiful I felt sorry for eating it. Thank you to our hostess Ayu for making us feel so welcome and answering all our queries. Beautiful hotel and all staff so friendly and helpful. Especially loved the infinity pool! Will visit again!

The experience was very pleasant. The quality of the accommodation is good in many aspects. The room was spacious and comfortable and had many useful things such as a kettle, tea, fridge, training equipment, etc. The body lotion could nevertheless be outside the shower. The breakfast room was pleasant in terms of space and temperature. The staff are very efficient at responding to requests and replenishing the food. The pool area is very pleasant and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The gym is also very reasonable, although small for the crowd: sometimes the machines aren't available and there's little space to place training mats. The service at reception could be improved: both check-in and check-out take a long time. The support room for those who have already checked out and are travelling is excellent.
