« Nice Hotel »

Thank you for being up-grade to suite room as I am a Platinum member at Accor Hotels. Overall I had a pleasant stay. A bit dissapointment for getting twin bed to be a double bed. The living room need more light since i think it's too dark. The rest is ok.

« Consistently great hotel »

Have always stayed at Pullman hotel whenever I go to Bali. Consistently great hotel. Staff are friendly and rooms are great. Was given a nice room with beautiful balcony view of the sea and infinity pool. Was surprised that the front office staff (Eni) recognised me as a previous guest, even though my last visit was almost a year ago. How nice.

I would like to thank the staff and management for looking after my husband and I during our stay. I was very impressed with fact that one of waitress who seated us in the morning for breakfast, remember my name and on arrival we received a special cake in our room to celebrate our weeding anniversary

« could be so much better »

The first impression was good with a very nice reception area and an easy check in by staff with good English skills. The second impression, not so much. The room furnishings were scratched, scarred and out of date (think "Jetsons " ) The bathroom was a disaster. The toilet didn't flush (fixed ) the vanity light didn't work (fixed ) the vanity basin stopper didn't work (not reported) and the shower floor needed cleaning although I was told that it wasn't dirty, it just looked dirty. All that glisters is not gold and all that appears mouldy is not mould. We would return to the Pullman anytime if the accommodation was improved. Our thanks to the trainee manager M. Paul-Loup Radal for his assistance his willingness to help and cheerful demeanour at all times

« Great Time »

great service and location. i got upgrade to the 1 bed room suite, it is very spacious, combining with balcony for coffee in the morning or tea in the afternoon, great one. pullman has 2 pools, one on the rooftop with great view, another is surrounding with garden. the kid club is very friendly, they also able to provide a swimming float for my baby boy. the breakfast buffet is nice, enough option to choose. the location only across the kuta-legian beach and 5 minutes walk to beachwalk mall, so all very convenience. definitely coming back!!
