Well positioned near beach. Quality rooms and warm staff. Breakfast buffet options excellent. Two small pools easily crowded. Problem as not supposed to take pool towels to beach. Most ignored this restriction. One room service meal was still largely frozen and tasteless ( seafood taco) Would have been nice as an Accor member to get a late checkout, but hotel too full

We were disappointed with booking process and the not so seamless process that I expect from a 5 star resort. When I at the booked the accommodation the deal was an Airport pick/Private balcony room and I also paid upfront for a late check out. During this process I was not promoted to enter my flight details. I was wondering how you could possibly know when I arrived. So the week before we arrived, I e-mail the reception detailing my arrival times and said that we also paid for a late checkout. The return e-mail acknowledge the arrive time and said that they would have a person to greet my wife and I at the airport. It also said that if I wanted a late checkout that I need to let them know and they will arrange this for me. This promoted me to go through the bookings detail and work out and detail the costing. In a return e-mail to the reception I showing the cost of the room bookings and the additional upfront fee I paid for the late check. The return e-mail then acknowledged that I had paid for the late check out. I was picked up at the airport on time. When we booked in we were put into a room with a shared balcony. I did not realise this until sometime late after we had a rest from the fight in. I when back to reception and requested a room with a private balcony. This was arranged straight away. The day before we arrived I receive an e-mail for Pullman to say if I want to I could book in online. I did this and it said that the key and room would be available at the reception on arrival, making it quicker to get to our room. This did not happen. Booking took approximately 20mins. The person who booked us in was constantly interrupted by other staff members. So the booking process was disappointing. Summary I should have not had to e-mail my flight detail to the reception. Reception should have known I had paid for a late checkout. Put me in the room that a paid for. The rest of the stay we enjoyed the staff were friendly and helpful. The layout and features of the resort were good. Happy to return however please work on making the booking process better.

Superb location, just across the road from bustling Kuta Beach, well appointed rooms and great friendly service from the staff. I have been staying at this hotel every year since 2014 and still can't find any fault or short coming to complain about

Our 4th stay at the Pullman and once again it did not disappoint. The location, the rooms, the facilities and especially the staff are all second to none. The only tip I would give, if you like to have a drink on your balcony in the afternoon, don't get a western facing room, way too hot to sit on the balcony. Other than that, cannot fault this hotel in any way.

Breakfast is great; varied and plentiful. Room décor is modern and comfortable. Location, opposite the beach and close to cheap places to eat and have a massage, is excellent. Staff, from front of house to room attendants and management are exemplary; friendly and efficient.
