It's Ibis hotel. It's similar to the others ibis Hotels. For sure it's very nice, clean and modern hotel. Beds and towels are very clean and comfortable. Located not so far from metro. Breakfast is good. In my opinion is even better than usually ibis serves to his clients. One of better ibis hotels for sure.

Well I will not recommend anybody to this hotel, rooms are uncomfortable forget about the bathroom, please don't use ibis hotel, use some other brand.i suggest ibis owner to make your room comfortable

This was my first stay at this property. It's located very close to the metro station and the mall. This is very advantageous. Was very satisfied with my stay. Would love to come back again if I am in this area.

Hotel is normal Ibis standard, ok rooms with all necessary's in, but downstair restaurant was big disappointment, in the evening allready at buffet dinner food tray's were empty, but we thought it was because of closing time was so near. At the breakfast we noticed that all you can eat buffet was also bad, even worse, food trays were empty and staff just wondering around in the restaurant, so that customers have to take care if something ( Food, plates, forks, ect.) was missing. Dirty dishes were left on the table. Restaurant staff was just walking around or standing in kitchen. I have been in UAE four years now, and this was the worst restaurant we have visited in any hotel. I have to thank the security man, I was confused where underground parking is, he personally directed me there. Hotel side personel is the only reason Imy review is average.

Nice Hotel but surprisley checking in was not succesfull As upon check in I got an out of order room and was obliged to come to reception again to change my room even I am Le club card holder and the room was already dedicated to me .

I checked in to this hotel around 2am and it was like a railway station. All kinds of people parked in the lobby, sleeping, chatting and browsing. Even though I had booked my room in advance I was given a smoking room which had more smoke than the airport smoking room. Even after two days the smell and stench just wouldnt go away. The room by iteself is quite decent with basic amenities. The bathroom is quite a tight fit and the drains dont do their job quick enough. The breakfast was the same picture as that of a railway station and lot of the food items were just empty vessels. Even spoons and fork were in short supply. The wi-fi was intermittent and the metro station is a bit of a walk. In short it was very unlike other Ibis hotels I have stayed in and not a pleasant experience at all. I would recommend the other Ibis properties at WTC or in Al-Barsha which are much more decent.

hotel's lobby is excellent, room type and cleanliness is good. if there is tissue box inside the room will be more better.got bad experience on breakfast buffet coz have to wait a long time to get plates. staffs are friendly.
