Stayed last week, tv didnt work Room smelled Upgraded to premium room This week premium room noisy room, basin drain clogged. Moved to new room, shower drain clogged. Due to weather want to find out about cancellation, muhamed front desk very rude. Second interaction with his rudeness. Told him I dont like how he speaks to customers, then I was told by him that it is my opinion only.

Very pleasant stay, contemporary deco and close to shops and metro station

Check-in and check-out were both very efficient, location ideal with shops and metro station within walk-in distance. All facilities and Wifi worked very well, and the room was superb, clean and well mainitained throughout my stay. It was noted that i landed in Dubai on the day they had worst floods hence all Metro, Bus and Taxis were closed. When I eventually made it to the hotel the next day, as I could not get a refund for the night I could not get there, the reception lady was very understanding and to my surprise she upgraded my room to premium, for which I was very very grateful. I would definitely recommend stay at this hotel
