Easy check in, but wrong having to pay for overnight parking. Room 303 was basic and suffers with noise from trains just behind.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Regarding the constructive points you have shared with us, I also would like to reflect as I had a deeper look on your previous stays with us. You have stayed many-many times and you also paid carpark with £6 rate even in 2022, hence the rate of £8 we feel totally on the spot with the current economic state. This cost comes as the insurance or petrol costs when you own a car. At the same time, public takes this parking spot for £24, hence the operator YourParkingSpace offers a solid discount towards our guest and even more to our loyal members. Regarding the 303 being a basic room, I can confirm you this is located on the quiet side of the building and we always tried to offer you the quieter as being our loyal and regular guest. We appreciate to receive all type of comments and feedbacks after the stays as those always confirm our efforts or lead us towards improvements, hence absolutely vital for our business. Lovely welcome and explanation of the parking. Clean and well presented room. Very friendly staff and an excellent location (short walk to tram). Food was good and staff were "child friendly". Will definitely stay again as much easier to stay out with central Edinburgh an tram in rather than negotiate the traffic.

My wife and I stayed at the Novotel Edinburgh park on the 18th and 19th of April First mention for the reception staff who were on top of their game both friendly and extremely efficient, booking in was faultless our room was ready for us early as we were going to an afternoon show in Edinburgh Restaurant was good value and once again the friendliness of the staff was an added bonus, nothing was too much trouble The swimming pool,sauna and steam room were an added bonus Room was spotless and again the staff made every effort to fulfill our needs for extra coffee etc Would we use this hotel again? Most certainly, the staff were exemplary and the Tram into the city centre a 3 minute stroll from the reception
