"Good, but needs tweaking."

Ideal location, within walking distance of the airport, with buses available within 100 yards and with direct trains to Nice, Cannes, Monaco etc from St Augustin station just over the road. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet with excellent bathrooms. Entertainment from the suite box is plentiful, although using it for internet access is clunking and slow and needs bringing up to date.There is a microwave and fridge in the room, but no crockery or cutlery. It is possible to purchase from a desultory selection in the inappropriately named "boutique gourmande", where there are paper sideplates and plastic knives and forks. Breakfast is gimmicky, limited and overpriced.In short, the approach to catering is a muddle and needs a rethink. If the hotel were in the centre of Nice, where restaurants are abundant, it wouldn't be an issue. But this far out, it matters. Offer proper self catering facilities, as so many other hotels now do, or don't bother and provide a restaurant instead. The current half hearted approach is completely unsatisfactory.In spite of the catering deficiencies, the good heavily outweighs the bad and I would certainly stay again.

Hotel close to the airport closer still to the railway station and the rooms are very good. For anyone travelling on business this is an ideal location, yes it is outside the toen center but a very shorrt and cheap rail journey get you straight into Nice centre.

The Suite Novotel offers good value for money. It's convenient located between the airport and the Nice St. Augustin railway station. The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are in good condition.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, walk-in shower (as well as a bath), very pleasant staff. 10 minutes walk from the airport (through the Arénas complex) and across the road from Nice St Augustin Railway Station. Good value for what you get.

The hotel was clean and new, but it also has quite an impersonal feel to it, for example the TV welcomed us to our "Suitebox". The woman night clerk took her time coming over to the reception desk, talking with someone in a back office, and she was quite impersonal, pretending friendliness. The day desk clerk, a man, was extremely friendly and helpful.The hotel is over a parking garage, but one has to pay an additional 13 Euros to park there, and access to the hotel from the parking garage is very difficult if one has luggage.The room was clean and well thought out, but again, impersonal.Thank you for offering an opportunity to comment.

Located 2 mins from Nice airport with courtesy bus. Large family rooms however wet carpet and scratchy polyester sheets made for an uncomfortable night as well as been bitten by some sort of bug not a mosquito! Reasonable rates.

Good hotel , Clean and good size room ( we were 2+1) Excelllent free shuttle from airport. Service in the hotel is excellent.The pool was cold and has no shallow end so not good for children and the decking around the pool is in a poor state. The Italian bistro adjoining the pool area is excellent and compared to central Nice is good value for money.Yes there is a gypsy "camp" opposite in a closed petrol Station and yes the working girls were in the street at night. Neither of these issues affected us even though our room faced both. I am quite sure if you got a room facing the park you wouldn't even notice these local problems.

The Hotel is located well with free service to airport, the room was comfortable and quiet. Fast internet and an in room tea service.Breakfast area badly designed and hard to use. Buffet breakfast has to be easy - people are half asleep! Seat people away from a proper service area and make a traffic lane in and out.Staff friendly and helpful.Based breakfast experience and cost I would Not recommend this hotel to a friend - they can and need to do better. Everythong else was fine though.

Very simple yet user friendly hotel! It is closer to the airport rather than city centre. Will definitely stay here again if I am at the airport area. Will consider it if I am there for the city centre provided that I have a car.

Stayed in this hotel for one night. Very clean, quiet. Rooms air conditioned. Staff very helpful. Italian restaurant just at back of hotel for dinner, breakfast very good. Free shuttle to and from airport. Good place for short stay. Would use it again.

clean, nice, central and overall good, value for money. Friendly staff. Remember to ask for hotel parking ticket, otherwise the parking in the same building turn out to be expensive. Negativ; The breakfast was poor. Very very small buffet.

This suite hotel offers good accomodation for a reasonable price, considering being in Nice. The suite is large with good a quality bed, a very functional bathroom, big TV, wireless, etc. Service is friendly and efficient. The breakfast is a bit on the functional side as well (eg shrink wrapped items, but of high quality).If you arrive by car, I found the hotel difficult to locate as there is almost no signage visible from the road, and almost no place to park the car to unload. And be aware, there is another Novotel on the same lot, just around the corner.From the airport, the free shuttle bus (terminal to terminal) stops 500m from the hotel, so within walking distance.Overtall, you get a lot for your money.
