5MAB2015 Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

Group of 6 stayed for 1 night to coincide with an event in the locality. The rooms were spacious and modern. All staff were friendly. Nothing to complain about really. We had access to the Executive Lounge and would like to commend Fanni who was very polite and efficient. We also dined in the Restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast. Both were satisfactory but not outstanding in terms of food quality. Overall however we enjoyed our stay (have stayed previously) and will be back.

We came to see the Netball and we regularly stay at the hotel. I had to mark my score down because we were in the same room two weeks earlier and only 2 of the 3 issues that I raised on checkout had been resolved

Conveniently only a 5 min walk across to Qudos Arena. We have stayed at the Pullman a couple of times now and it has been generally consistent with cleanliness, however our most recent stay was disappointing regarding bathroom cleanliness and carpet throughout room.
