The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The chalet I stayed in was excellently maintained with all modern and updated facilities. In my opinion this is the best hotel to stay at in the Mansfield region. Very close th Mt Buller

While we enjoyed our surroundings, we were let down with the state of the chalet we stayed in. It was not up to the usual standard we are used to with Accor places. The place was very dusty and smelt musty, the bathroom drains smelt awful, the bathroom tap was broken and overall the place just needed some TLC. The staff were very attentive when things went wrong (broken kettle, tv not working and no water one day), so can’t fault them for their efforts. Overall, we would return but would just like to see some maintenance work carried out.

Very relaxing. Would have been nice if fires lit and also need a paper compendium in rooms for when phones not working. Staff couldn’t do enough to be helpful. Accomodate our request for a room change with no bother.
