Really enjoyed my stay. Complimentary breakfast is very good and plenty of varieties of food served. Staffs are polite and friendly. Very near to airport T1. Room service and cleaning are good and well maintained.Overall experience is very good. Thank you Shabbir and his entire team for a great service and memorable stay. Food were amazing as prepared by Ashok chef.

I have booked this hotel for a short stay last month. The ambience was nice and calm. What I liked was the response from the front desk staff. He was polite and courteous. The check-in process was smooth and quick. Thankx to Alison for such an amazing service.The rooms are spacious and well maintained.The room service was prompt. There was a safety locker in the room. The bathroom was neat and clean and provided with toiletries. There is a restaurant in this property, were you can find amazing food spread at buffet. The food was good and delicious. Thankx to Mr. Shabbir always makes you feel comfortable and excellent service. Great service from all the staff of Ibis hotel. Breakfast buffet has large variety than other hotels.

QUALITY OF THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD,BEDS ARE VERY SMALL TO ACCOMODATE SINGLE PERSON IN TWIN BED,WATER BOTTLES PROVIDED IN THE ROOM ARE REFILLED ONE AND IT STINKS AND THIS IS SEEN FIRST EVER IN ANY HOTEL INDUSTRY,LAUNDRY WERE MISPLACE MANIER TIME AND SAME NOT RECEIVED.OVERALL NOT AT ALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE,HOWEVER THE RESTAURANT STEWARDS AND STEWARDESS WERE QELL MANNERED AND GOOD,SPECIAL MENTION TO EKTA FOR ALWAYS BEING CALM AND COOL TO HWR GUEST AND A COOL MANAGER MR SHABIR.

A really nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained washroom and wardrobes. Rooms were comfortable and clean, bathrooms spacious and all amenities provided. Mr Shabbir was great at service. He was generous and gentle towards all Akasa Crew. Made our stay more comfortable and happy stay. Thank you Chef Ashok for providing my diet food, as requested for Chicken breast. And I was so glad that they takes care of health and diet. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were nice and tidy. The hot shower was amazing. The morning buffet was great with veg and non veg options. The staff is friendly. We had a quick check in ans checkout. Mr.Shabbir, stood out with his friendly demeanour and helpful nature. Have to end this review by writing about the amazing food in this hotel. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was fresh and delicious. Thankx to Chef Sameer for an amazing service and for preparing such a great food at breakfast buffet. Well maintained restaurant and bar.
