Bathroom roof is leaking water. Not clear what noise it is in room, it is continuously never stop. And room is smelly.

What bother us the most was the bad smell present in the bathroom of our room. Not so bad but still present was a unpleasant smell present in the corridor to our room. This seem to be caused by a lack of proper maintenance of the premises.

Terrible hotel, bad location, does not deliver the absolute bare minimum like locating the reservation straight away, working internet, or even towels in the room. Utter lack of care and thoughtfulness. Even worse, someone made a fraudulent booking for another stay on in my name after I left and no-one at the hotel will take this seriously. Hope I can get my company to book me anywhere else when I return to Campo Grande.
