The pillows were fluffy and comfortable and not too big. The linen so soft and so beautiful. All of the staff were friendly and very sweet to us, making us feel very welcome like family. Our wait staff Avi in the restaurant was so helpful and very thoughtful. She was so attentive to our needs and very personable and friendly, while also being efficient. We felt she went above and beyond. The hotel itself is very luxurious and situated in the centre of the city near a very good shopping centre and restaurants.

Lovely hotel just at next to the Pavilion shopping paradise, plenty eateries as well! Great atmosphere around Pavilion areas, without a doubt a great property to stay whilst in KL city centre! Overall hotel facilities also seconded to none! Will definitely stay here again!
