Location & apartment were fabulous, Very quiet and easy access to city, however service was little underdone. In particular lack of amenties, towels etc. although once requested they were eventually supplied.

There were 4 adults and one child and the two bedroom apartment accommodate us all very comfortably. The rooms were fresh and spacious and a nice view. Service from the staff was great also. We would definitely stay again.

It was a nice spacious apartment with a view . There was a lack of information given to us.; We were not told that we could use the heated swimming pool in the main Seibel Hotel.until we checked out. We were believed we could only use the outdoor pool in the Nolan block. The cooking ware was very old scratched and lids not fitting the pots. The air conditioning unit was noisy. We had the fear of using the dryer that it would set off the alarm and this is surely a fault in the extraction system
My family stayed and had a great time. Only 2 issues were no comunication, hot water failed in the building but we were not notified and had to ring to find out why no hot water but they were aware it, would have been nice to have a note under the door. Also when you arrive in your room, there is no information on how to work thing, where to dine, what to do. Other than those minor things we had a great stay.
Fantastic location. disappointed with the apartment and service. No modem available at check in so no internet which we were supposed to get as advantage plus members. Reception promised that they would call us the next morning with a modem that was going to be returned but there was no call for our whole stay. The apartment was run down, marks on walls, dust and spider webs in corners, blinds faulty, mould in bathrooms on ceiling and tiles and dirty cutlery which we had to clean before using. Carton of milk was open in fridge and off. We booked a one bedroom apartment, but were given a 2 bedroom apartment and were told this was an upgrade. We don't see this as an upgrade in any way at all as you gain an extra bedroom that you cant use and lose the cosiness and it seems the quality. We paid extra to get the water views but the room was on a very low floor, which we could just see the water through the trees. Close to one of the most disappointing rooms that we have experienced through accor. I am starting to feel that because we get our membership discount we are getting put into lesser quality or not quite right rooms, which is unfair as we pay quite a high fee to be members of accor advantage plus. This feeling comes from a number of stays at different hotels over the past year, and this apartment has topped it off. On a positive note. we discovered the New Quay Buffet in the docklands. The food is mostly seafood, and great value for what you get and the food was magnificent. This is a must for seafood lovers.
The service at the apartments is commendable. I could not fault the property, and I must note that Anthony, the Front Office Manager, is a consummate professional. Booking through Accor, however, was an issue. The 2 bedroom apartment was confirmed by Accor as 1 Queen, 2 singles. Apts are in fact 2 Queen beds, not at all appreciated by my teenagers after a long day.
