Budget for 160 euro a night? Not our best Ibis experience

There is nothing budget when you charge 160 euro a night. What a terrible stay. Problems at check in (computer could not make keys). We had to wait for over half an hour. Rooms are very, very basic. Small bed for two people. Noisy (ask for a room at the end). Many issues with doorkeys. Room not cleaned after first night and no fresh towels. No airco; but opening windows is no of option because of noise. Breakfast was okay (for 10 euro). Staff tried to be helpful. But too many things went wrong.

we arrived at the hotel at around 12 pm, and the staff was very kind and let us check in. It's near to the central station.

I was asked to pay a 20 euro deposit for the hairdryer at the reception desk. However, when I returned the hairdryer when checking out, they said I've already returned it and resists to pay back my deposit. The person on duty dealed with this problem very poorly, knowing that I was in a hurry to catch the train back home, which was very dissapointing.

Some noise at night from the street and from the corridor. Otherwise, good value for money. The room is ok, the reception is nice.
