Hotel was nice but a bit secluded. Would be great if hotel ran return shuttles to local town. Breakfast buffet becomes a bit mundane with no food changes if your staying for more than three days.

Hello! Today, I'm here to share my experience staying at the Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort as an Accor Plus Platinum member. I really felt the value of the many benefits—whether it was enjoying the lounge access where Platinum members can have breakfast, with a different menu than the main restaurant, or dining in the main restaurant which was also excellent. There was a variety of food available, including afternoon tea with cakes and coffee, and evening cocktails at 5:00 PM with alcoholic beverages. The lounge snacks were fantastic, fulfilling, and delicious. This stay, I dined at the White Lotus restaurant for dinner, experiencing Indian cuisine for the first time, which was incredibly tasty. The restaurant offers both Thai and Indian dishes, both of which were delicious and eligible for Accor Plus discounts. As for the property, although the hotel has been open for many years and may look a bit dated from the outside, the actual stay was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with staff constantly cleaning and maintaining the premises. The hotel's large swimming pool was impressive, and the area beneath it was clean without any loose tiles or dirt. The overall care was exceptional. What impressed me the most was the hotel staff—they had excellent service minds, were always smiling, and took care of everything from the front desk, pool, restaurant, spa, and housekeeping. Staying here was truly comforting and impressive. We chose to stay here to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel went all out to surprise us without any hitches, creating a lasting impression on my partner. It made me proud that I chose this hotel to celebrate here. I already miss Krabi and if I get the chance to go back, I will definitely stay at Sofitel again. This time, I give the hotel a full score.

This property is located near the beautiful Koh Kwang Beach. I was enjoyed and happy to stay here as my anniversary celebration. Before reaching the property, I sent an email to ask for the room decoration and upgrade to the Prestige Suite, and the additional fee was only THB3500. Club Lounge is good, and the cheesecake is delicious. But no fruit options. Worth talking about all the facilities being good, It can be seen that there is care in maintaining them. Anyway, will stay again on the further meaning days, and thanks to the Sofitel Krabi teams for help.
