"My favorite hotel in Nha Trang"

Nice hotel, rooms with sea views are great. Upgrade to deluxe it's worth it.Getting a little expensive though, it will be interesting to see how they go when the 3 other large hotels currently being built within stones throw are finished.

Modern, clean room & bathroom, ocean view terrace, location etc..are all good, But the room and swimming pool are too~~~ small.

Whenever I stay at the Novotel Nha Trang, I can immediately relax knowing the service will be professional with a personal touch. They welcome me by name, the little extras (printing, faxes, etc.) are always included, and I know If I arrive at 11pm one day, I can have a meeting at 8am the following morning in the seminar room and everything will run smoothly. The food and refreshments are always good quality and good value, regardless of the number of delegates.This is pretty much everything you want and expect during a business trip.

We stayed at the Novotel for 10 days and had a great time. The hotel itself is very central and the beach is directly across the road. The staff members at this hotel were excellent, every single one of them, they excel in everything from their friendiness towards guests to the service they provide. The manager should be proud of them all.

Each year I go to Nhà trang, each time I go to Novotel. It's a real pleasure to stay there, the beach and the city are not far. I just have a comment to give this time, the carpet was burn by cigarette even If the room was a no smoking one. As I paid for a deluxe room (just under the suite room) I think that I deserve the best room. Except this everything was great, even the buffet !!!!!

Stayed here during the Vietnamese New Year of the Dragon. Location with many shops & restaurants is much better than Sheraton. It's amazing to watch the crowd of New Year's Eve and the midnight fireworks from my balcony. Paramount Cafe next to hotel is great to chill out with good cappucino and decent food. Professional and helpful staff. So happy to choose this hotel instead of the Sheraton. Extreme value for the price. I'll be back!!!

Novotel Nha Trang is vary good hotel for staying in Nha Trang. It has a good view to the beach. Very easy to get taxi for visiting interesting locations of the city. Good quality of service. Room' design is excellent.It is really a value hotel for your trip to Nha Trang
"no rooms available after taking our booking"

Arrived by overnight train after having booked and paid for three rooms two days earlier via internet thru accor of which we are members and when we arrived were told that there were no rooms available and if we wanted to pay an extra $46 us dollars each per night we could upgrade but when we told them that an upgrade is automatic for accor members when booked rooms are not available we were told that we had been upgraded free but none of these rooms were available also so we had to upgrade again. When we protested and said we wanted our money back and would find an alternative hotel somehow the upgraded rooms became available. It all sounded like a bit of a scam to get more dollars from their guests. We were never given a welcome drink and weren't able to ckeck in until 2pm and the hotel had a special oferr for dinner being 2 for 1 but we were told that the offer didn't apply to us because we got our rooms too cheap. Has left a bitter taste as we have been accor members for over 7 years.

I stayed at beach front room on 5th floor. I was satisfied with the room except one thing.There is one step in front of the door. It seems to be dangerous especially for the old age people as they might trip on it. Its color is black. Therefore, in the night hours will be more dangerous.

We arrived early to the Novotel Nha Trang and were directed to have breakfast while the staff tried to prepare a room. After a nice meal we were able to check in early, which we very much appreciated. Overall, this hotel and stay was extremely comfortable. Staff at reception, in particular Vy were extremely courteous and helpful as were Thao and Vui in the Square restaurant. Our only complaint was in using our Accor Advantage Plus membership card. The membership entitles users to 50% discount when 2 diners dine together, even when on a buffet with alcohol, as is the case in Manila where we reside. Typically if you dine al a carte with 2 diners you receive 50% discount on food and 15% discount on alcohol. We have traveled throughout Asia and used the card extensively in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore and have always received the same hospitality and discount. However, there is clearly an issue in Vietnam, at least in Nha Trang as we had no trouble in Hanoi. The cashier tried to come up with some 'special deal' where we received 50% discount on food and 15% discount on free flow wine even though the buffet was quoted at 675000 VND. Anywhere else we would receive the standard 50% however here we had to go through a series of discussions with Chi the cashier and Thyuen the F & B Captain to explain and explain the same point. The next day we ordered some food and drink from the beach and had to go through the same 'tussle' in order to receive what we are entitled to receive using the membership card. The excuse this time, 'the waiter thought we ordered during happy hour' so therefore were not entitled to receive the appropriate discount. Overall our stay was very comfortable, the hotel is well appointed and the staff on the whole friendly and helpful. I am however annoyed with the Accor group. When I purchase a membership I expect the same standard of service and benefit no matter where I travel. It should not be up to the customer to check on the rules and regulations of each hotel in the group. I neither have the time nor the inclination, I am after all the customer. Consequently I will be re-thinking renewing the membership when it expires in November and I shall be informing my friends and colleagues who are also members. Not very good Accor...standardise your procedures please so paying members receive the benefits "you are selling"...there are plenty of other membership schemes to be a part of!!!

If you like an upmarket friendly hotel, the Novotel Nha Trang will fulfil all your needs. Pool and spa facililities available but we did not make use of. The beach was just across the road and Novotel had beach shades and towels for clients on the beach. We had a fantastic room with views over the water to Vinpearl. The bed was huge and comfortable, the room was large and the bathroom and shower were fantastic. The staff were excellent, right from the start of our stay. We had missed our station and did not arrive until 4.30am and our late/early arrival was handled very professionally but with great charm.

just another day in paradise. we loved this place. the room was gorgeous, the food was amazing and the staff were wonderful - we felt like part of the family! we loved it, we didnt want to leave. the pool and facilities were really great also.
