I wish if the area would have been larger to accomodate a little bit larger swimming pool. Crossing the busy Tran Phu road could be a problem for not only kids but any boby. It is suggested to allocate some staff to guide or help people get though the traffic.

"Best bang for your buck"

The hotel location is awesome and the sea view from the room (sea view rooms) was very good.. you wake up to fantastic view. the rooms were pretty huge and well taken care of.. Had a special night in this hotel ... The staffs are very friendly and are there to attend to your needs when you need them... the food at the restaurant wasnt very good... i tried the A-la-carte food and had to reject a steak sandwich cos it was served cold !! .. But they rectified it.. Overall ... a nice hotel..

"Nha Trang"

A Good value hotel, stayed in the suite room which has a double balcony and plenty of room. Hotel staff are polite and helpful with easy access to taxi's, shops and all types of dinning. An execellent golf course at Diamond bay which is 12 kms away or 20 minutes in a taxi.

Nha Trang susprises us. It was really a very nice beach and town. We like the quality and variety of the buffet breackfast. The nice view of the beach and the surroundings.

Nice hotel, rooms with sea views are great. Upgrade to deluxe it's worth it.Getting a little expensive though, it will be interesting to see how they go when the 3 other large hotels currently being built within stones throw are finished.

Modern, clean room & bathroom, ocean view terrace, location etc..are all good, But the room and swimming pool are too~~~ small.

Whenever I stay at the Novotel Nha Trang, I can immediately relax knowing the service will be professional with a personal touch. They welcome me by name, the little extras (printing, faxes, etc.) are always included, and I know If I arrive at 11pm one day, I can have a meeting at 8am the following morning in the seminar room and everything will run smoothly. The food and refreshments are always good quality and good value, regardless of the number of delegates.This is pretty much everything you want and expect during a business trip.

We stayed at the Novotel for 10 days and had a great time. The hotel itself is very central and the beach is directly across the road. The staff members at this hotel were excellent, every single one of them, they excel in everything from their friendiness towards guests to the service they provide. The manager should be proud of them all.

Each year I go to Nhà trang, each time I go to Novotel. It's a real pleasure to stay there, the beach and the city are not far. I just have a comment to give this time, the carpet was burn by cigarette even If the room was a no smoking one. As I paid for a deluxe room (just under the suite room) I think that I deserve the best room. Except this everything was great, even the buffet !!!!!

Stayed here during the Vietnamese New Year of the Dragon. Location with many shops & restaurants is much better than Sheraton. It's amazing to watch the crowd of New Year's Eve and the midnight fireworks from my balcony. Paramount Cafe next to hotel is great to chill out with good cappucino and decent food. Professional and helpful staff. So happy to choose this hotel instead of the Sheraton. Extreme value for the price. I'll be back!!!
