The floor after repair is disgusting. The laminate is very uncomfortable.When a neighbor walked in the other room, you hear everything. If it is a woman with high heels, you can`t sleep.

This is better than many Ibis Hotels in terms of facilities offered, apart from a friendly staff. Location is good and the Hotel shuttle to popular places is a definite plus.

hotel is located very close to one of the main roads at istanbul.. due to the traffic, sometimes too much noise (especially at rush hours).. window protection can be updated.

Perfect place to stay. Very good sea view from rooms. Breakfast served is the best lot of choices. Very good connectivity for different parts of city by ferry boat. Staff is very friendly and have all the necessary information one would require. Also close to Metro and Tram stations.

A good stay - the staff were attentive and helpful. The location (especially the absence of any public transport options) was less than ideal though - all journeys to/from the hotel required the use of taxis.

Istanbul is wonderful, and the Turkish hospitality is legendary.for the hotel - located at a suitable location between the historical center and Ata Turk airport , on a main boulevard. There is no Public transport to the hotel practically . But the hotel offers a shuttle bus from hotel to downtown - 3 TL per person. A Taxi to the center is about 20, 25 TL. The Breakfast is excellent. The hotel has an excellent parking, if you travel by car. I have no complaints

"Nice hotel with good scenery"

Very nice hotel and modern equipped with all facilities.Covered parking with free of charge. The hotel is situated next to Novetel hotel. Most of the rooms are facing the sea giving very beautiful scenery. The only problem is the location, which is quite far from the city center. People without transport have to hire taxi. There are many taxi which stationed near the hotel.

Spent one night at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful which was quite good in a country where English was not widely spoken (as perceived). A room was clean, quite, beer was cold. A restaurant offered good choice of meals, much more varied than at other Ibis hotels in the UK. Location is okay if you stay for couple of days. Seaview was really good.

Small room, staff were not friendly. I do not recommend the hotel cause it is so far from everything so u will pay alot for taxi.There are many hotels cheaper in better areas where u can move around the city easier.

Overall the hotel represents good value for money and meets the basic needs of a 3 star hotel. The location of the hotel is very inconvenient because of the lack of public transport available to commute with the centre of town. Despite the hotel providing a shuttle service to the city, this is very sparse and the timetable does not allow for much flexibility.

I have stayed one day - then left for one day - coming back next day did not get a room .i have stayed at Novotel next door with Higher rates etc etc .since i am a card holder A c;lub - should have a room !!!pls see this case .

"great location, great value"

The staff were well trained, courteous, and helpful. The location was ideal for us, being near both the airport and the ferry. The room was small but clean and comfortable. We'll go back next time we need a hotel near the airport in Istanbul.
