"Nice place and location Shame about the toilet"

Good location Good value stopover Its on same site as Mercure so we could use their restaurant etc Handy for a walk into town alsoOur stay was spoiled because the toilet in our room was stained brown which to our mind indicates a general lack of cleanliness and attention

We found the receptionist very helpful and friendly, she took her time to explain everything to us and was of great help.We have stayed at the other Ibis in Rouen but would recommend this hotel over that one.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, with excellent English. The hotel was very clean, felt very safe, and had plenty of underground parking. Easy walking distance to Rouen city center. One night we ate dinner at the adjoining Mercure hotel which was delicious and convenient after a long day sightseeing in the area. We were very happy we chose this hotel as our base for several days in Normandy.

We stayed for a night in this Hotel. Great location and friendly staff.Ask for a non-smoking room. They gave us a smoking permitted room as soon as we ask for change they came ustairs to bring a new room key. Parking is safe and 50 cent an hour

Travelling from Calais to Agen,this was a perfect stop off. Very easy to find and easy stroll into the centre of town a few minutes away. Parked overnight on nearby street - had to move it by 9:00 which was perfect.

Good hotel, clean and big room, very nice staff and convenient location. Would like an upgraded breakfast from "croissant-a-gogo" and "paint-au-chocolat-frenzy" (oh la la very francais) to something more continental for those who like a real first meal of the day. Parking expensive but plenty of space in the street. Would glady go back there next time.

I recently stayed at this hotel on a business trip. I've stayed at the Mercure next door before, but this Ibis hotel is, in my opinion, far superior in terms of cleanliness and brightness.The rooms we had were beautifully cleaned, my companion had a room with a balcony which was a great bonus on a pleasant evening, my room overlook the carpark, not much of a view but a very nice, good sized room regardless.The car park at this hotel is rather a tight squeeze and is chargeable, so if possible I would suggest you park on the one-way road outside the hotel.A good selection of breakfast was offered, with coffe and pastries 'to go' if you're leaving the hotel before service at 6.30.The staff were very friendly, helpful and very efficient. Overall a great stay, would definitley stay here again.

With the Ibis brand you know what to expect, and the Champ de Mars met that expectation. The situation was very convenient when arriving on the autoroute from Calais, and again for the continuation of the journey the following day out of town and to the atlantic coast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was genuinely a short walk into the beautiful medieval centre.

Our check-in was very smooth and both receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We were surprised and pleased with the size of the room and general layout. The reception area was adequate, but an effort could be made to improve its image. We were not aware of any obvious amenities apart from the underground car parking facility. The signage for the Ibis guests needs to be made clearer as this hotel shares the parking arrangements with the adjacent Mecure hotel. Whilst the room suited our needs, the provision of a kettle etc., would have made it even better.

Very satisfactory in all respects. Need to follow the directions to the hotl very carefully; Sat Nav needed and even then its easy to overshoot the entrance. Otherwise location and parking good and a good place to break the journey between UK(north) and France(south)

The special rate which I paid (by booking early) made this a good prospect. How pleased we were when we arrived to find a hotel of such good quality.We will stay again!Well managed and staffed and (at the price paid)really good value for money.

We stayed in this hotel due to a car break down. The hotel was up to Ibis's expected standards. On leaving, the staff willing called the garage to ensure that the car was ready for collection & without prompting arranged for a taxi to take us across town to collect the vehicle. Their friendly service was superior to that in many much more expensive establishments & was very much appreciated.
