In reference to the breakfast offerings, we aim to provide a variety of choices while balancing the value and cost efficiency expected at a budget accommodation. While we currently do not include items such as omelettes and bacon, we will certainly take your feedback into consideration for future improvements to our breakfast menu. We also regret to hear that our staff's English proficiency did not meet your expectations. We maintain a rigorous cleaning schedule, though we understand that our new bed linen policy of changing sheets every three days may not have been clearly communicated. As part of our commitment to providing a value-focused accommodation experience, we have noted that the lack of a refrigerator in the room was a concern for you. ibis Budget Geneve Aeroport offers functional amenities, and while we do not currently provide in-room refrigeration, we continuously review our guests' feedback for future considerations. Regarding the space, our room sizes are designed to be compact and efficient, reflecting our budget-friendly approach. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and your comment regarding an unusual odor has been noted; we will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure our high standards are upheld consistently. It's wonderful to know that you could benefit from our proximity to the airport and local amenities. However, we regret to learn that the ventilation in your initial room did not meet your expectations. Our hotel design includes an air cooling system, and we understand that individual preferences for ventilation can vary. We are also sorry to hear about the disturbance caused by noise from the restaurant. While we do not have control over external noise, we strive to provide the most serene environment possible for our guests.
