Our staff always strives to provide the best service possible, and your recognition of their efforts is sincerely appreciated. We do, however, regret to hear about the aspects of your stay that did not fully meet your expectations. As part of our commitment to providing a value-focused accommodation experience, we have noted that the lack of a refrigerator in the room was a concern for you. ibis Budget Geneve Aeroport offers functional amenities, and while we do not currently provide in-room refrigeration, we continuously review our guests' feedback for future considerations. Regarding the space, our room sizes are designed to be compact and efficient, reflecting our budget-friendly approach. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and your comment regarding an unusual odor has been noted; we will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure our high standards are upheld consistently. I was initially given a room with no ventilation and the windows could not be opened either. I asked for a change of room with windows that can be opened. After this, I was happy except for the noise from the restaurant below. This was however better than no ventilation
