The facade of the hotel is impressive. The entrance however is less imposing. The lifts can only be activated with a room card. The room had a nice view. It was clean and appeared well-maintained. The only disappointment was the breakfast for which I paid extra. The hot food choice was limited and did not include omelette, or bacon. There were also no saucers for the coffee cups. When I queried these with the staff I was simply told: "this is a budget hotel". Perhaps, but I spent around Chf 800 and expected more. There were cooked pork sausages and hard boiled eggs - it could not have cost that much more for the hotel to provide omelette as well, or saucers for the cups.
