Easy check in. Arrived early and our room was ready, so we were able to leave our luggage in the room. Really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop pool and showers before check in and after check out.

We were team of 6 who had reservation for 15 days. While booking we clearly mentioned saying we need early check in option. After going there we were literally waited over 6 hours in the lobby without proper response. Coining to the breakfast, it is very unhygienic saw roaches and flies on the plates and cups. Complained the management but did not get any kind of response

Lovely Hotel and stay. Unfortunately our mood was dampened when a maintenance issue had us relocated to a new room at night which was a down grade. (we lost a large window and balcony and bath to a room with a small window with a view of a brick wall and no bath). I complained the next day and again we were relocated to a similar room to our first but we lost our bath. (3 rooms in 24hrs) Other than that the pool, restaurant and position was excellent as well as the staff being friendly and helpful.
