I have stayed across the ibis range for two weeks in Barcelona València and Madrid but here Staff very confused in doing their own things, get annoyed and unwilling to help

The hotel is not THAT close to the airport and there is no shuttle service offered by the hotel. Directions for public transport given by front desk staff clear but the journey time with traffic can be up to 50 minutes...?! We took an Uber which after 1 cancellation arrived after a 15 minute wait - the driver came from Barcelona Centro - fare 13 EURO. It cost us 30 EURO to arrive at the hotel fron Barcelona Sants at 11.30pm at night. Would aim to book a hotel directly AT the airport for future trips.
