"REACH OUT TO LOURDES"

We arrive almost midnight, & good thing that the guy in the reception is ready to see us & we got our rooms in no time. They gave us an adjacent rooms. Toilets are clean and all white.although rooms are not well lighted & quite old, but clean. Viscinity of the hotel to the main church & grotto is quite near & few mins walk. Morning buffet breakfast was good & impressive.Overall stay is good for the family.

Good value for money. Rooms are of modest size, but good for 2 adults. Aircondition operation depends on the season settings. Hence, if you hit a hot day in the spring you may only have heating from your in room aircondition.

Reception staff very helpful.Room smallish for cost. Not a very positive rec to a friend. Aplace to stay expensive for size of room but near Grotto I f you want 200 characters then you asked- hotel is pleasant and manages to feel like a monastery- and having an active memorabilia outlet as part of the hotel identifies the focus
"Stay at Mecure Lourdes"

Stayed at Mecure Lourdes Imperial for 1 day as a mini-pilgrim. The staff were very efficient. We managed to check in our room at noon time. I have to comment that the room was good size but really needa majotr update. The decor was quite old. The electrical plug for TV is not working. In fact it is falling apart. I have to do some repair work in order to make it function. The washroom is really clean. The secure carpark is very small. Its fortunate that I have rented a M BENZ A180. I have stayed at several ACCOR hotels on this trip. They have used SWISSCOM as their wireless carrier. I could not log in with IPAD. Fortunately I can use my notebook to surf the internet. However for most leisure trips I will only bring IPAD. ACCOR should note this. On the good side, my wife and I enjoyed the restaurant very much. We must congratulate your restaurant staff as they have tried very hard to please everybody. And the food is quite good. We will consider this hotel when we visit Lourdes again.
