"Nice Hotel"

It is actually a great hotel located right next to the train station. They have a great spa with pool and the rooms are very nice. Cute little bar and a nice restaurant. The evening staff that checks you in is exceptional. Very friendly and gracious. The morning staff however did not go to the same customer service school. Polite though gruff and curt, I almost apologized for being so inconvenient and all I did was check out.....Overall a nice place to stay and if you can avoid the strict business women in the morning it is an excellent hotel. This opinion is not from one stay as this was my 5th or 6th stay with them and maybe once I met someone friendly in the morning. I figured it was about time to say something.

Good facility and amenities...Good location - as in you have great access to public trans. The actual location is kind of off the beaten path..All in all the staff were great and the stay was very nice!

I gave it an average on service because on my first day somebody came to inspect the mini-bar while I was resting in the room, after an international flight from the US. She insisted that she see the mini-bar and then her collegue also stepped into my room! He did not even acknowledge my presence, and I found both their behavior very rude! For the rest of my stay, I found the hotel employees both courteous and friendly!

Great Hotel ticks all the boxes, Except' the Reception staff are not up to standard.On arrival parked car outside main entrance and unloaded 4 large cases.No help, 3 members of staff just stood watching from behind desk!Thanks for your help guys. Rest of hotel staff were great.Wi Fi is pants! Don't waste your money.Will return and see if I get help with my luggage next time...

I am customer in this hotel since 2008. I am visiting Stuttgart twice per year. It is my favourite hotel. I cannot imagine to be in Stuttgart and to stay in anywhere else. Excellent location, best breakfast ever, rooms are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not very luxurious but classical comfort.

My stay at the Pullman Fontana Stuttgart was a pleasant experience. I booked the special "3 for 2" deal offered by Accor, so it was really worth it. In addition, we were allowed early check-in at 9am which was great for me, as i had arrived from long international flight in the morning, and my business meeting was in the afternoon. The hotel is not new, but well maintained. It is suitably located beside the S-Bahn station, and travel to downtown by train is just within 15 minutes. The is also a small local town centre within walking distance across a park. Opposite the rail track, there are also some industrial offices and Europcar car rental. Getting into the motorway from the suburb area is much faster than from downtown Stuttgart.Overall, i will certainly consider staying at this hotel for my next trip to Stuttgart.

We were in Landstuhl, Germany for a week and traveling back to the states so decided to re-locate our last night so we were within easy reach of the Stuttgart Airport. I stayed in the Pullman-Fontana for a week a year ago and was very pleased with the quality and service, so didn't hesitate to make the reservations and the hotel didn't disappoint. Modern, clean, great location about 15 minutes or less from the Airport with quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Their breakfast buffet is outstanding with a great view, expensive at 20 Euros, but why not splurge on yourself from time to time. Nice bar and spa and computer room with free internet or pay a little to connect with your own computer in your room. English-speaking, friendly staff willing to assist. The parking garage is a little tight but can be negotiated with care (you can park in the neighborhood if you don't like paying 16 Euros/night for it). Overall, a great place to stay, certainly not inexpensive but not prohibitive either and within US Government employee official lodging rates.
