"Good hotel in a good location"

It is a good hotel, in a convenient place, with a reasonable price for the rooms and the parking lot, which is super.Unfortunately I didn't treated well at the reception when I checked in. I had bought a package including room with double bed, breakfast and a gift. Initially they gave me a room with two single beds and when I protested, they changed to a double bed room and I am curious about that promised gift, which I never received.I had to ask about internet, to be informed that is for free and that I need a user name and a password and I had to ask to provide me these numbers, instead of writing them down by theirselves. Stupid service, isn't it?Anyway, the breakfast was very good, but still I am considering it a little bit expensive.My overall opinion is positive and I would choose it again.

GOOD LOCATION, 10 MINUTES BY WALK TO THE CITY CENTER, GOOD CHOICE, THE TEAM WAS VERY SYMPATHIC, PROFESSIONALgood location, 10 minutes bu walk to the city centervery easy to find the hotel, team is very cool, professionalthe room was very clean, Information to know, the parking is not free, and quite expensive for a hotel (12€ per day)
"Short but sweet"

Just stayed overnight, but had a great experience. Stayed in a priviledge room room which was a good size. Had both dinner and breakfast at the little restaurant on the first floor and the food was of a great quality. The staff were very nice and welcoming. When I went down to ask for more coffee pods for the coffee machine in my room, they had a selection delivered to me within minutes and made sure everything else was perfect. Is just a 10 minute walk from the main train station - though going to the hotel from the train station I'd catch a taxi as it's uphill; but I walked down the next morning with a big suitcase and didnt have any problems.

The hotel is a standard 2-3 star hotel. The location of the hotel is not good if you want to see Stuttgart city center, as it takes you 10 min. by car to get there. The breakfast buffet was really good, but expensive. It costs 17€ per person
"Good Stopover Hotel"

We stayed at this hotel when travelling back from Switzerland. It was easy to find and conveniently had a secure garage underneath the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and although the quality was excellent the choice was limited. Breakfast the following morning was good as they usually are in Mercure hotels. This hotel was a good stopover. We only had the evening to have a look at the town centre and it was a bank holiday so I would not like to pass comment on Stuttgart itself
