"Every time I stay at CDG airport, I stay at Novotel Wellness & Conventions"

For me this the best hotel around CDG airport in terms of price/quality ratio. It is clean, well maintained, the staff is pleasant and helpful, the shuttle to the terminals runs efficiently every 20 minutes (except at certain hours where it is every 40mn); it starts at 5:15am which is a plus for people traveling early. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price. I never experienced their spa or meeting room facilities. However companies must like the place since the daily event board was full every time I stayed there.

"Wellness Novotel Roissy"

An extremely convenient, clean and pleasant hotel - we have stayed there many times now and will return. The staff are all polite and friendly, check in is quick and efficient. Underground parking with lift to hotel works very well and is secure

"convenient and quiet"

The hotel is located in a park area, nice and quiet, but still near the airport. There is a shuttle service.The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast buffet is good, even has a selection of French cheeses. Lovely espresso from the machine. Dinner options are a bit limited though.Would stay here again.

"Excellent but..."

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. What keeps us coming back is its proximity to Charles de Gaulle, the quality of the rooms, the free WiFi, the excellent pool and exercise facilities and the charm of the old villiage of Roissy en France (it was a real stunner to discover the old-time rural beauty of a small town plunk in the middle of an enormous international airport). To top it off, the restaurant is excellent.But really, how can Novotel get away with the skimpy towels they provide? Tissue-thin and only a hand towel and a bath towel - no wash cloth. We find this an embarassing blotch on an otherwise superb facility.

"Perfect for a one night stopover before flying home"

I chose this hotel because I had a few hours to kill the next morning before my flight home but not enough time to do anything worthwhile in the centre of Paris. Checkout at 12noon was very convenient for my flight and in the morning I took an easy stroll to Roissy village through a lovely park where I spent a few hours. The price I paid was around 106 Euro and half the price of an Accor hotel in Paris, and breakfast was included. There was also a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and train station which ran every 20 minutes. An added bonus was that I had booked a superior double but received an upgrade to an executive suite which was four times the size of a Paris hotel room and the king sized bed was very comfortable. Being just that little bit further away from the airport there was absolutely no noise from planes flying over or from traffic and the room was very quiet even though I left the windows open as I don't like airconditioning. This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in.

"excellent hotel"

This hotel looks new. It is very clean. It has an excellent location close to airport. The room was very quiet and spacious. The perfect service make you feel you are important.The hotelks has very good facilites including a great spa.the price was reasonable and definately a very good value for money.Parking should be free though.We definately recommand this hotel.

Great spot for night prior to heading back home. Excellent comfortable room, nice location near village. Also it was an easy trip by car to the airport.The staff were particularly helpful with directions etc

"Excellent Airport Accommodation"

Great airport accommodation. Excellent rooms with plenty of space, friendly staff and good food. The shuttle to airport takes a bit longer than advertised as it only takes you to a stop where you then hope on a train so just allow another 20 mins for that but worth the stay.

"It's a hotel..."

We have no complaints about this hotel. Located close to airport but not on top of airport, so it is not as souless as airport hotels. It is located on the edge of a very cute village which we accessed for dining, newspapers and walking. Everything was seamless and any enquiries made at reception were dealt with in a friendly and thorough way.

"A very nice experience"

The service and staff were outstanding. We were upgraded to a full suite, and breakfast was delivered to our room for the same price as the buffet downstairs. The only negative is that the hotel is a short distance from the airport with a shuttle that runs every 20-30 minutes. We had a lot of luggage, though, so they took us directly to our terminal by van.

"Excellent stop off"

An excellent stop off on our way to the south of France. Facilities were very good, room clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet excellent. The outstanding feature however was the staff, from the concierge outside who helped with parking and general information, to the reception, bar and restaurant staff. They could not have been more friendly or helpful - this was very welcome as we arrived after 11pm on a Friday night! We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Fantastic"

This a wonderful hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the swimming pool and wellness facilites are a defintie advantage and the hotel is just so relaxed. Defintiely stay there agian.

"Comfort and rest at Roissy CDG"

Easily accessible by shuttle from the TGV station at CDG Roissy. Just 15 minutes by shuttle. Friendly staff at this well-appointed hotel. Several healthy choices on the menu in the dining room, and some reasonable wines by the glass (although a little pricey, I thought). The equipment in the gym was new and in good condition, although the gym itself is small and there was not much room to stretch of workout on mats. The hotel was quiet and the internet was fairly fast. Overall a good and comfortable option if you need to rest on arrival or prior to departure from CDG Roissy. Allow 45 minutes to return to the terminal from the hotel (as the shuttle leaves you at the TGV station so you have to take another shuttle or walk to the satellites of terminal 2).

"Great location, could improve on service"

In general it is a very nice hotel. The problem is the service at the front desk is sometimes slow. I was there during a trade show and found that there were not enough people in the front to serve the guests.Other than that it is a good 4 star that is very clean and well maintained. I also found the beds not very comfortable.

"Fittness room is not as clean as I thought"

Receptionist gave me a coupon for dinner but I paid more than € 30 + .for the dinner. Please let me know why ? Room is clean enough.I got some problem with internet connectionFood was great though.
