"Excellent stop off"

An excellent stop off on our way to the south of France. Facilities were very good, room clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet excellent. The outstanding feature however was the staff, from the concierge outside who helped with parking and general information, to the reception, bar and restaurant staff. They could not have been more friendly or helpful - this was very welcome as we arrived after 11pm on a Friday night! We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Fantastic"

This a wonderful hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the swimming pool and wellness facilites are a defintie advantage and the hotel is just so relaxed. Defintiely stay there agian.

"Comfort and rest at Roissy CDG"

Easily accessible by shuttle from the TGV station at CDG Roissy. Just 15 minutes by shuttle. Friendly staff at this well-appointed hotel. Several healthy choices on the menu in the dining room, and some reasonable wines by the glass (although a little pricey, I thought). The equipment in the gym was new and in good condition, although the gym itself is small and there was not much room to stretch of workout on mats. The hotel was quiet and the internet was fairly fast. Overall a good and comfortable option if you need to rest on arrival or prior to departure from CDG Roissy. Allow 45 minutes to return to the terminal from the hotel (as the shuttle leaves you at the TGV station so you have to take another shuttle or walk to the satellites of terminal 2).

"Great location, could improve on service"

In general it is a very nice hotel. The problem is the service at the front desk is sometimes slow. I was there during a trade show and found that there were not enough people in the front to serve the guests.Other than that it is a good 4 star that is very clean and well maintained. I also found the beds not very comfortable.

"Fittness room is not as clean as I thought"

Receptionist gave me a coupon for dinner but I paid more than € 30 + .for the dinner. Please let me know why ? Room is clean enough.I got some problem with internet connectionFood was great though.

"Great stay"

A lovely but pricey stay near the CDG airport. Shuttle service from the hotel was efficient. There are lovely small restaurants in the Roissy village area. It is worth taking a walk and enjoying the food in a less expensive and charming area.
"Good hotel"

New cards were given and was not working well. So we had a hard time getting into our room. You need the card for the elevator, room, and lights in the room. The first room given to us said its non smoking but someone had smoked in there. My child has severe allergies and it would have been great if hotel staff could ensure no smoking allowed in the hotel. Overall, great price and the mattresses were very comfortable to sleep on. Hotel staff was great about issuing a new card and new room to meet our needs.

"efficiency and kindness"

this hotel's staff knows what you need: you're here because you just landed or you have a plane to catch the next morning. Check-in/check-out are done in no time, breakfast and meals served quickly (and delicious). Bus times are indicated in the lobby.On a less happy note, the bus to the airport does not stop at all terminals: if you need to go to terminal 2, you'll have to catch another bus. Don't know if this is the hotel's responsability, but it could be improved...remember travelers tend to carry suitcases!

"A convenient stop-over before a flight"

good quality hotel which make you relax before a long flight; bus pickup is also rather convenient; rooms are large and well equipped; no airplane noise which allows for a full rest.I would recommend this place to anyone needing a stopover in CDG airport.

"Great location for travel to/from CDG with quiet rooms"

Great location for travelling to/from CDG airport with an excellent shuttle service. The rooms were lovely and quiet which meant we slept very well. Very helpful and friendly staff. Outstanding value buffet breakfast - the best we have seen in Paris! A great place to have a walk with walking/jogging tracks around the area. We will definately stay here again.

"Nothing speecial at all"

Location-not very good if you need to go to city centre. I new that and was OK with it. Roissy is nice little village with nice parks.Bed sheet was dirty!One receptionist wasn't very pleasant, other staff OK.Main reason for me was indoor pool for my rehabilitation-when I entered the pool around 7pm I was asked, also very nicely and politely, by a gym instructor to leave the pool as he was having gym class there. I was recommended to use sauna for 45min.I left a personal belonging in the room, my mistake and 150% sure I left it in the room while I was rushing to catch shuttle to airport, I was then told by email(reply to my request) that nothing was found.

"Very Good Hotel"

Modern efficient good all round professionally run hotel that is well positioned for CDG Airport - bus to the terminal takes longer than the receptions stated 15 mins - it is closer to 30mins!

"NICE HOTEL CLOSE TO AIRPORT."

We stayed at this hotel after a 3 week holiday in France and Italy. It was close to the airport and included a free shuttle bus to the airport. The decor is contempory and pleasing to your eye. The room slept 4 and was an economical way of accommodating a family for a short stay. We ate at the restaurant and the meals were of a high stadard and reasonably priced. We used the gym and pool and once again they were of a high standard. The service was friendly and helpful. We had someone help with our bags to the room and he was very pleasant and happy to speak french as we practised ours. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
