"A Pleasant Surprise"

This hotel was much nicer than I was expecting. Very modern, clean rooms. The friendliest staff I've encountered in this part of the world. Just a block and a half from the rail station and a few steps to an area full of shops and restaurants.

I must review this hotel as this was a very fine stay all round indeed. Very good customer service, very clean hotel, feel good ambiance, excellent breakfast catering for all tastes including japanese, good facilities, fantastic room with a wonderful mattress, very nice linen, gown and slippers, wonderful samples - shower gel/shampoo/body milk... (Roger Gallet brand)- excellent coffee (G. Clooney type!) and tea in the bedroom aswell as readily available in the internet room area downstairs, shoe polishing machine... Very very central, within a few hundred metres from the city centre and therefore close to amenities (train station, bus station, restaurants, museum...). Stayed for 3 nights but did not experience the gym and swimming pool so can not comment. THE place to go for a stay in Eindhoven.

Everything as expected, good service, very good breakfast, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Extras like free coffee machine at room or bottle of water made us happy. Pitty is that swimming pool is hard to use - pool is open when (mainly) business guests are out of hotel for meetings or so..Transparent shower and toilet walls may look very cool but gives you no privacy at all.

This hotel has been recently renovated. It is very centrally located. Excellent service at reception. The rooms are very clean, spacious, modern, equipped with extremely comfortable beds and Nespresso machines. Strong wi-fi connection with possibility of printing. Bathroom supplies of high quality. Breakfast was very good.

Nice rooms, recently refurbished. thanks to the night auditor who really takes good care of me. Great idea the Japanese breakfast buffet with the traditional one. For sure I will recommend this hotel and come back. The nespresso machine with full range of cups is wonderful, as the complimentary water.

Wonderful hotel, nice central location, relaxing swimmingpool and sauna facilities, beautiful bedroom, Nespresso in the room, Rainshower, very comfortable bed.. what else can i say? nice price - quality ratio!

Good value to stay in, nice and clean, free wifi in the rooms, breakfast @ €23.00????You must be joking, not even a side plate provided for toast or bread, have to wait on the waiters to come with tea or coffee, why can we not have a pot on our own table?Great place to stay - HAVE BREAKFAST AT ONE OF THE NEARBY RESTAURANTS! An employee of this hotel agreed with with this strategy!

Espresso machine in the room just finishes the perfectness of this hotel. Very quiet inside, very central location and awesome service. Huge bed, the sower cabin with a massage. Nice view from the window. Top quality. I'd really stay there again.

I chose the Pullman hotel for one night because I wanted to be closer to downtown. I work in the Sofitel Hotel in Brussels and I had a voucher for payment.I enjoyed the hotel, very friendly staff in reception, very convenient location, near the center of town, the train station and shops. I liked the original design and comfort in the room, nice fitness center with swimming pull and sauna ,a good breakfast. We had the free parking place for our car what was also nice option . For a price we payed this is paradise...

A very convenient location near the station. The hotel is better than the immediate surroundings although there did seem to be some regeneration activity around and about.Room was comfortable with an excellent bed and the internet worked fine.

The rooms have been nicely refurbished since the last time I stayed there. Gourmet coffee machine was a nice touch once I worked out how to drive it.Good (excellent omellettes) but very expensive breakfast. Coffee service was slow.

nice hotel within walking distance of the centreour room was in a rather outdated part of the hotel with miles to walkstill the room was quit and cleanfood and breakfast were of parhowever the location in the centre of Eindhoven is the usp of this hotel

Lovely hotel, very modern, high quality rooms.+ points: value (weekend rate?), hotel standard, quality breakfast (not cheap but worth it), city centre location with underground parking.- points: expensive parking (euro 25 per night), some of the modern fittings in the room a victory for style over substance (e.g. unfathomable shower controls and no place to put soap bar in shower)

Amazing room, ultra modern with every first class facility, even a Nespresso coffee machine. That never happens! Outstanding bathroom.Such great value for money. In London you would expect to pay £200 +
