Not my first stay here. But hate to say was my last. Very disappointing. Room was very tired looking, smelt of smoke, coming from smoking area I’m guessing. And definitely no soundproofing. Could hear loud people next door, heard them in the corridor. Have pictures of tired room

AC and heating was not working for 2 days,

2days they could not fix the AC, fan was provided. 3rd day they changed to another room. lot of inconvenience, after working for long hours, couldn't get a good sleep.
