We are totally satisfied of the hotel! We had a superior room, it was spacious and always clean, there were a minibar and accessories for making coffee and tea for free. The internet connection in the room was also free. Bathroom was provided by body lotion, vanity set and other pleasant little things. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.The hotel is located near the railway station Wien Mitte, from where you can easily go to the Vienna Airport by special train (about 15 minutes). The area around the hotel is full of restaurants and cafes, but however it is quite and nice.

"Great choice!"

A very nice hotel located in a quiet street very close to the city center. The rooms are clean and newly furnished, the people at the front desk are friendly and helpful. We were given the room immediately despite we arrived early in the morning.

Changing the linen and the bath products should be in accordance with the 4star hotel rating (the linen were changed after 4days only by our request).Improve the internet connections (in 6 days we could use the internet in our room just for 1 day!!!)

"Nice,clean hotel"

I stayed at this hotel only for 1 night,I was pleased with both the quality as well as the cleanliness and service. The location is central, close to shops and it is within walking distance to the metro stations.

"Pleasant and relaxing"

During my two nights at the Hotel Biedermeier I really liked the way the staff interacted with me and also the Hotel ambiance. The room was clean, but the electrical socket had come loose (probably due to cleaning) and the hairdryer did not work.

"Not as good as it used to be"

The hotel is very nice located with its own "street". I have stayed here before and liked it. However, this time I got disappointed. The room was not perfectly cleaned (dust etc on the floor when we arrived), the bath tub construction is stupid - you get water out on the floor, the staff couldn't find a coin laundry for us. The Wifi is only working in the lobby and the bar - and the guest PCs are not for free (as I'm used to).

"Restful hotel in the middle of Vienna"

I booked this hotel for me and several colleagues as it is within walking distance of the station for the CAT airport train. The Landstrasser Hauptstrasse is a busy road with many non-descript shops along it, so I wasn't sure what would be expecting us at the hotel before we arrived. No need to worry - the hotel is built around a small lane off the main road and, once in this little lane, it is as though you have entered a different world and different pace. Past a couple of boutiques, bar and restaurant and you arrive at the classic-looking reception. Check in was relatively quick - we arrived early but our rooms were available for check in without problem. The rooms were decked out in the Biedermeier style. They were quite small but clean and well appointed. It was a long working day, so I didn't get as much sleep as I would have liked, but when I did, I slept like a log!I would certainly recommend this hotel for business visitors and couples alike.

"Just What We Expected!"

Nice location - very easy access from the highway (we were coming from east, Budapest, Belgrade, Bratislava), i wanted to do a early morning jog in Prater and this was relatively close to this hotel.

"Hidden gem in Vienna"

If sterile modern hotels do nothing for you, this hotel is a very nice alternative. Close to U-bahn and walking distance from the city centre, it's also only a jogger's kilometre from the Prater. Everything you need in a nice quiet environment.

"Anniversary in Vienna"

I chose this hotel as it was not a modern building. The room was great, well equiped and still had character. Its location was also great being within walking distance of St Stephans and close to 2 U line stations. We had a pachage that included the Vienna cars so local travel was included. The Airport train station is also walking distance.All of the hotel staff were attentive, polite and helpful.We had a great anniversary trip.One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

"Rooms need uplift"

Beds are very small.Lighting in rooms is terrible - impossible to read in bed.Cannot recommend this hotel without hesitating.
