"Superb hotel - excellent service"

Great hotel, with outstanding spa. We've sued the spa every evening to unwind after discovering Berlin, all the spa treatment was worth the money. We liked the breakfast buffet and the room amenities. Location close to Bahnhof Zoogarten is well suited to discover the city.

I stayed for only 1 night, but would have enjoyed staying longer. The reason for being there was business but the hotel is also a nice place to be for leisure purposes. More than enough facilities, big and clean rooms, very good breakfast buffet and very kind and helpful staff (thanks for the tip bringing us to the excellent Thai restaurant!). Till next time!

Good hotel. Nothing bad to say apart of overpriced breakfest. You get what you pay for- you expect to have the schick of 5 * sup. Hotel, but more like a 4 * very good one.

Super hotel with service in top and a very friendly, helpful and professional staff. We stayed there 3 generations with our different expetations - and nobody departed disappointed. The pool is perfect for children - and among the few in Berlin that allows children.It was our first, but not last time at Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof.

I stayed here for four nights. The room was good, and well laid out with everything you need - comfortable chairs, good sized desks, kettle with tea and coffee, and minibar. I had a room on the 9th floor overlooking the Zoo, and you could just about see the Reichstag as well (far off in the distance). The TV had a large selection of European channels - the ones in English were BBC News, Euronews, Al Jazeera and (weirdly) BBC1 and ITV1. I had room service several times. Whilst I thought the room service menu was a little bit limited, the food was all excellent and the portions were huge. They were delivered very quickly and with a smile - and I though that they were reasonable value for money. I also had the breakfast buffet each day which was good and with a large selection or hot and cold items.The only slight annoyance was with the housekeeping - with housekeeping wanting to clean my room at 0830 on the day I was checking out, and asking what time they can get in to clean the room - I would have expected a five-star hotel to have waited until they know you've checked out before cleaning it. Also, on one afternoon a member of staff walked into my room without knocking. I don't think it was the cleaner - I don't know what she wanted, because she disappeared sharpish when she realised I was there and that I was only half dressed! My top tip - always lock the door! Apart from that, the service was good and the room was clean.The location is good, about 5 minutes' walk from Zoo station with its excellent U-bahn and S-bahn connections. If you have time, it's also an easy 20-25 minute walk from the Brandenberg Gate area, through the lovely Tiergarten. Overall I would probably stay here again, depending on the rates.

I asked this mail room to the second floor. The seventh of them gave me. I asked to be replaced. Then the second one we got the smallest room directly next to the elevator. The third time was finally on the third of a normal hotel room. I do not understand why it was such a reluctant porter. We went for four days.Otherwise everything was excellent

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, fantastic location. I can write praises all day long and still forget something. Complimentary shuttle bus to the fair was a really nice touch and highly appreciated. I want to thank the staff for the gummy bears! :)Hope to see you soon again!

This is a high level hotel. The room are excellent, bed is great confort. All is very clean and the people takes care of you. Restaurants are excellent. The only bad thing is the price. But this is the rate for such hotel.

Excellent value for money. Our room price was 118 euros - we got upgraded to a bigger room. Feels like a brand new hotel - being over 10 years old - you can't really see it. Superb service from reception and concierge to restaurant. Spacious garage was important for us as we had cycles in back of our car. Located 3-4 kilometers from MItte but had one of the biggest shopping areas nearby.

The hotel, is a really goo business hotel. The staff are really friendly and efficient. The bedding could be a bit more comfortable. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but still well connected. The service is excellent. I had a junior suite, and the minibar which was included in the package, was always kept fully stocked. The reception and concierge were very helpful, and amiable. Shall definitely be back one day.

Central Location just off kurfürstendamm with The KaDeWe - germanys kargest Department Store. Modern and well appointed rooms with nespresso machines or guest convenience... Was lucky to book a rate that even included minibar. Beautiful SPA Area! Can only recommend this hotel!
"First time in Berlin"

The hotel is located in a very nice environment right next to the Tiergarten area and about 3 min walk to the main ZOO gate. The downside of its location is that the underground stations are relatively far. Ask for a room that has the view on the Tiergarten. Rooms are well equipped, with beds that offer very comfortable sleep. That said, I have to point out that the whole room wireless internet deal is under any kind of criticism - it just doesn't work properly. Breakfast is on the level that you expect if you are staying at a 5* hotel. The whole Spa area with fitness was a very pleasant surprise. It offers quite a lot of intimacy and is quite luxurious.

I had a great experience at the Pullman. Staff were friendly and informative. The rooms were very clean and fully stocked. I booked the hotel via a promotion from A Club and received a great price for the service. Hotel is within walking distance to the train station and conveniently has a 200 bus stop right down the street which will get you into the city within 15 minutes. I would definitely return again.

I have previously stayed at the Pullman on a business trip, so was pleased to find a very good B&B deal available when looking for a Berlin hotel for a leisure break. A very comfortable room, with everything we needed, including complimentary mineral water, which is a nice touch. An evening meal at Xxenia was very tasty and breakfasts were lovely - fresh food, well presented. Staff are very friendly, efficient and approachable.

Excellent service and lovely spa area. Staff all very professional and rooms very clean and comfortable. Free in room water daily. Hotel in good location for Zoo station and easy walk to Tiergarten, Kurfuerstendamm and Wittenbergplatz (KaDeWe).

Booked a weekend during the beer festival for 4 of us.Rooms were nice although we were staying in the back in room 583, it was a bit of a hassle to get there, from the lobby you need to take 2 elevators and walk through the basement to get to the other side of the buidling.Rooms were nice and the AC worked really well, minibar was rather empty compared to other Pullman hotels.Also the staff was nice and very very polite.Breakfast was perfect really nice and everything was available, so we had a great weekend and hope to stay again in this hotel next year.
