I have been treated really as a family member. Being like home at the resaurant and at the bar. The employees are kind, professional, friendly and always ready to make the guest happy. Great service at the business lounge. A place to stay in London either for business or leisure!

"Great improvement compares to previous Novotel However...."

From the rooms and resturant I could felt great improvement achieved compares to previous Novotel. However speical care or discount should given to those loyalty customers always stay in this hotel. Found lots of prices when booking the hotel on web however sometimes will missing the note and did not include the breakfast for one or two days. However, hotel management should always given these benefits / flexiable to customer! Just for example, I have stayed 9 days in this London visit but in last day, when I was make my booking i don't realised the rate is exclusding breakfast so the front desk charge me 40 Pounds for that. From here I would expect improvement if you want the hotel could really care about their loyal clients. Thank you!

"Good quality"

My wife and I stayed in the Pullman before a trip on the Eurostar to Paris. The location is great for st pancreas and kings cross both within 5 mins walk. Checking in was fast and friendly and the specific requirements requested of a south facing room on a high floor were catered for. This was well worth asking for as the view across London towards the London eye was stunning. There was nothing to complain about at all with the room or the service from the very helpful staff. Breakfast was buffet style with everything you could think of on offer and more. We did not take dinner in the restaraunt as we wanted to see the area. Across the road the Mabel tavern was an excellent find with lovely food and beers. I will defiantly use this hotel again when back in London.

"Excellent stay"

Could not fault the service from arrival to departure. Breakfast excellent (so go for a breakfast included rate if you can!).Rooms and public areas modern, clean and well laid out.Would stay again on a future trip to London.
