"Good location, nice rooms, comfy bed, fresh breakfast"

We really liked the hotel. It was modern and in a good location. Staff at the reception friendly and attentive. Our room was reasonably sized with nice furniture and interior design. Bed was super comfy. Hermes Paris shower gel in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh choice.There was only one stain on our stay. I am not a fussy person, but we wanted to make some tea in our room instead of coffee as we were not feeling well. We had to call 3 times and waited 3 hrs to finally get a "tea facility" aka. kettle with some tea bags. In my view that is not an extraordinary request and should have been dealt with much faster. Apart from that a very nice hotel that I would recommend it.

"Our stay in Brussels"

Only one small criticism : we would have preferred an electric kettle to the coffee/tea machine as the taste gets affected when it is used for two very different drinks.Otherwise we were very happy with everything, friendly staff, very comfortable bed etc..We hope to visit again as we have family nearby.Mr and Mrs Tett

"Excellent service under all circumstances"

I stay in Sofitel Brussels Europe frequently as its placed conveniently for the Commission offices and has in close proximity 2 parks and a good choice of restaurants. The hotel has become my favourite amongst some great hotels i had the opportunity to stay in recent years for the simple reason that you feel that you are being 'looked after' at all times and by all the staff. In my last trip the hotel was fully booked as all EU countries were meeting to approve the budget; even show i was given time for everything i needed, and all services were running at the normal exceptional level.The hotel restaurant has a new chef for the past few months and so particularly in these cold and wet days I would prefer to dine in rather than the best restaurants in Brussels...the service anyway is really difficult to find elsewhere.All and all I rate Sofitel Brussels an excellent choice, were from the general manager to all the staff you get the feeling they care for you and trying to constantly improve the services.

"One night stay"

Very nice foyer, room was well equiped, fantasic quality bathroom. Quite comfortable overall. Stayed on the 7th floor which was nice and quiet. There on the 7th floor was a terrace which had a fantastic view.Would recommend.

A very elegant hotel. Very chic and classy. Location is excellent for EU meetings as European institutions are nearby. For a leisure holiday the location is less convenient as the next metro station is a 10 minutes' walk away. A bus stop is in front of the hotel (destination Porte de Namur). On Saturday and Sunday mornings, there is a colourful market on the Square Jourdan. Genuine cosy Belgian pubs are plentiful on the Square Jourdan as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Europe while in Brussels. The hotel is spotless, very well furnished and appointed. We had a room with a very comfortable king bed and a large & bright bathroom to match, featuring a tub & separate shower, and a generous vanity. The room was very well equipped with thick fluffy towels, bathrobes & slippers, had a coffee machine, electric kettle, coffee pods & teabags, sugar and creamer, and lovely cups. As for the location, it is not in the main tourist drag, but is easily accessible to many attractions outside the city centre. There is a hotel carpark at the premise, at a cost, but there is plenty of on-street parking nearby for free at night.. As a matter of fact, there is a square right in front of the hotel with plenty of parking, except on Sundays when the market is on. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay!

I stayed in Sofitel Brussels Europe on the 8th and in this ocassion i had a number of meetings arranged in the hotel. I got an upgrade but needed a room with meeting facilities that got at reasonable rate. Throught my stay every department offered services thaty exceeded my expectations, from cleaning the room between meetings, fantastic food services, and even obtaining a phone charger for me. I m used to the best at Sofitel but in this ocasion it really surpassed any expectation from erach and every department.

I always stay at this hotel if I can when I visit Brussels. It's a relatively new hotel with modern design and furniture. It's always spotless clean, the beds are very comfartable, the food is great and the staff is very friendly.

Having travelled regularly to Brussels over the last 15 years, I have been experiencing many hotels there. After having tried the Sofitel at Place Jordan, I am using it as often as I can. The staff is kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. My last visit in September was one of my best.

My husband and I stayed at the Sofitel Brussels at the beginning of September over a long weekend. We missed our flight and booked in a day late - no issues there. Clean, spacious, AMAZING shower and bed - really can't complain. Also got comp chocolates in the room from the chocolatiers downstairs. We ended up spending LOADS on chocolates with them as they were delicious. The Place Jourdan has a real neighbourhood vibe, none of the city-centre touristy atmosphere, just a real community. We walked out on Sunday morning to a market right there in the square. Quality produce, flowers and waffles! Probably one of the best I've ever stayed at.

I travel a lot and always stay at Sofitel. Well designed and clean hotels with professional staff with the right attitude towards guest. This hotel was no exception. The hotel was situated a bit from shopping streets, but on the other by a cute square with a Sunday market. I would warm recommend this hotel to other travellers!
