"Great for leasure, not that much for work"

Great location, clean, fair price, highly efficient personel. But... poor internet stability and limited variety of products offered by the 24h bar. My stay was focused on leasure, but I need to stay somewhat connected to my office affairs: a functional internet service is essencial. I won't go back to Ibis unless I'm sure I can completely disappear for all clients and co-workers (which most likely won't happen until my retirement).

Had no problems at all during my stay. The hotel is modern, clean and in a central location. Rooms and service are what you would expect in an IBIS hotel. Food was reasonable for the price but would suggest eating out at one of the excellent restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is clean and well run in downtown Florianopolis. Ask for a room facing the water. Free wifi at the lobby. 10 minute walk to the main bus terminal and the Municipal Market. Would be better if there were safes in the rooms.

In general is good. The location is OK. Only one thing is missing is hand towel.It was recommended by my daughter, She always stay in Ibis for short travel.Next time, I will use the same hotel next time I go to Florianopolis - SC.

The staff of the hotel was very kind, they put a crib for our baby girl in the room. The room was clean and with a new furniture, LCD Tv and heating. Very confortable. They offer a vallet parking for a reasonable price during your stay and the breakfast is optional, which is good so if you want to have it outside of the hotel is your choice. When I return to Florianopolis I'll stay there again for sure.

The ibis hotel is located in the center of Florianopolis, a 30 minute car ride away from the hussle and bustle of the island's beaches. It's a convenient place to stay at, particularly if you want a decent accommodation not too far from the airport. It's walking distance from the center's shopping district. It's a great place to stay at if you are looking for a bargain accommodation and don't mind being far away from the beach and the island's hot spots. It's not the place to stay at if you are hoping to get a taste of Florianopolis' nice beaches and fun night life.
