I came late at night. A bit hard to find the hotel from Andel Metro because there was no guidance on the hotel site "How to get here". Good room with a bit hard bed. Good pillows. No bottled water. A bit noisy with some street sounds. The window sounded like it was open even if it was closed. Good breakfast. A bit strange to not have bacon the the scrabled eggs, but the eggs were good. In all a good stay at a place close to both the city and to the airport (bus 100 + Metro B via Zlicin). Good price. I will be back.

Rooms are clean and have adequate space. Hotel location is good and close to Charles bridge. There are good restaurants and cafes. Metro station is near and easily access to old town. Hotel staff have done their jobs very successfully. Breakfast is very good. We recommend this hotel.

This May I needed something intellectualy stimulating. I took the calendar and picked the date, then made the booking. The place to stay was clear a choice, my experience at Ibis Mala Strana was always great. Except for that, the hotel's location is perfect to travel to any corner of the town - public transport is reliable and at a very reasonable price. My stay had 3 stages: arty-party, ice-hockey-recovery and the Carl-4th's-Crown. The hotel was a steady support to rely on, for all phases, with 24x7 reception service, comfortable bed and check-out till 12 noon. If You are not into hotel breakfast, 5 minutes walking distance are places to get what you crave - a great local tradition I recommend to try are the canapes. In local delicacies stores called 'Lahůdky' they come in great varietiy. Well, next time in autumn, c.u. Prague.

Ibis was a clean, functional room, with a comfortable bed, good bath room, and friendly helpful staff. While this hotel is not near old town is near tram and subway stations with good connections.....

I've chosen this hotel because I've had a 40 % discount for being a member of the "accor hotels loyalty programme" and was not disappointed. The location is very very good, close to Andel subway station, but also to tram stations that take you directly to Charles Bridge (10-12 minutes by tram). The room was clean and tidy, the bed for comfortable, if this is not the first time at an Ibis Hotel, you know what to expect. The only major drawback is that we couldn't turn off the air conditioner/ventilation so we've cached a cold. We've increased the temperature, but then it was too hot. I don't know if this was just in our room, or that's how the system works. I recommend you ask at the reception for a room with no street view if possible because our room was quite noisy. You can park in the hotel garage for 20 euros per night, which seems like quite a big price for me.

We have stayed in the hotel togehter with my daughter and husband. 1/ The bed in the room is too small to sleep in it in 2, even then in 3. 2/ We payed for prolongation untill 5pm and the cleaners woke us up first at 8am then at 9am although we´ve placed a signage DO NOT DISTURB on the door. 3/ the parking is not included in the price that I found really dissapointing 4/ the water as well as all beverages by the reception costs 75CZK per bottle of 0,75l, this is really too much. /Normal price is 20- 35CZK/ 5/ rooms are really too small, fridge is missing I would not definetely come back or recommend your hotel to anybody I know. The only thing I appreciated was the air conditioning. Regards Hana Primas

This was my 4th stay at this hotel and I can confirm that hotel hold the same level services. Hotel is situaded aprox. 200m far from metro station ANDEL (B Line) next to shopping center SMICHOV and TESCO with a huge possibilities of restaurants and pubs near to the centre by walk (15min) or by train 4-5 stops. Rooms are standardized for IBIS and if you stay in any IBIS you will not be suprised. Staff is friendly, breakfast I never ever test at this hotel so I can not compaire.

This hotel has a great location next to tram line, lots of restaurants and a large supermarket and shopping center. The hotel internet connection was strong and as always the room comfortable and clean. Ibis is always a great place to stay. The biggest drawback is that nightly rates are higher in this town because of the high number of tourists.
