We loved our room at Novotel Bern Great location with the Bern tram pass The room was big and clean and Veers in room amenities.

Upon arrival we were helped by a very delightful receptionist Sarah, she was vert helpful and very informational and helped me through the checking in process very nicely. Once I was done she gave several advices and keypoints about the area and made sure I was getting the best of the trip there. The room was very clean and spacious, from the start til the end of my stay it was an amazing experience
