Service @ Ibis like we expect it to be - very good price - quality !!Maybe you should think of providing free Wifi in your hotels, Ibis France offers free Wifi, this is not the case @ Ibis Köln unfortunately.

This is indeed a very quite hotel - no frills but the staff are friendly and helpful. As the location is not in the center of the city one does not have option of going a evening meal nearby. The hotel restaurant has some option but the range is limited special when one stays for more then two weeks

hotel located near tram3&4-good for getting to Cologne center.it is10mins. walk from Koln Messe/Deutz banhoff.good connections to Dusseldorf center.hotel has nice restaurant .good breakfast.internet in the room didnt work so well for me.staff freindly and assisting!room is ok.the bed is good.

I stayed two nights at the IBIS near the Cologne Trade Fair. The staff were friendly and efficient. As there was no trade fair going on at the time, we gained a reasonable price for the room.

Standard hotel on walking distance to the Messe, and if paid in advance for a very good price. The room was quite basic and a bit warm, which made it a bit difficult to get asleep.Great breakfast-buffet.

Good location near to the Messe.....rooms as always clean and new. Excellent breakfast and Restautrant bar facility in the lobby.Seems expensive at $99 for an Ibis but assume that this is due to the Messe location.Easy parking available on meter for Eu 4 /Day.

Perfect location for the exhibitors and visitors of Koelnmesse fairs. Perfect service, very nice staff. Although the price is brutal expensive during the important fairs (€ 209/night) you have to pay for the location.

Positive: Good price. Possibility to use free internet.Negative: Location bit deserted. Not very convenient to reach from station / city center or travel to anywhere (need to walk / change few connections). Corridor was smelly.

This hotel is good if you need to be in the Koln-Messe, the Cologne congres centre or nearby.The hotel is basic, but offers good quality for the money.There is closed parking, (8€/night), free WIFI...Breakfast was OK.All staff members where friendly. There is a metro station nearby for visiting the old town, and shops. This is all on the other side of the River.

If you're a tourist in Koln, then this is NOT the hotel for you. It's a business traveler orientated hotel. Price was expensive for location, (as a tourist) but the facilities are adequate, clean and well presented. Apparently rooms are given away after 7pm, which is not mentioned anywhere in the booking documentation, and reception staff told us we were lucky that our room was still available after the 'mandatory' 7pm check-in. Odd. The free lobby wifi didn't work.

This hotel was really fine for short stay. Breakfast, bed and shower was fine. The shower well was blocked.
