I would like to express my appreciation for the comfortable stay I have had so far. However, I do have one small concern that I would like to bring to your attention regarding the benefits of the ALL Accor Platinum membership. As a Platinum member, I understand that one of the benefits is a room upgrade, subject to availability. When I made my reservation, I booked a one-bed deluxe room. I was hoping for a one-step upgrade to a suite room, but when I inquired about this during check-in, I was informed that the hotel only has one suite room and that it was not available for an upgrade. I kindly suggest that in the future, when sending out email reconfirmations for reservations, it would be helpful to include a note indicating whether or not a room upgrade to a suite room is possible. This would manage expectations and avoid any confusion or disappointment for guests. In this instance, since a suite room upgrade was not possible, I requested a change to a twin-bed room, which was kindly accommodated by your staff. I appreciate their assistance in this matter. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Good location to office but that's about it

Very conveniently located (5 min walk to office) since I was on business travel but otherwise not the best hotel. Lobby is nice but rooms are very dated, rather small and not particularly nice. Service was ok too but nothing special.
