Very friendly staff, especially Sultan at breakfast, the pain au chocolates at breakfast where so fresh. Room is clean and spacious the cookies where a nice touch in the room. It’s situated half an hour from every where.the view from the room is amazing, tea and coffee facilities are good.

The only negative would be after completing the London Marathon on Sunday I went to order some chips but was told there was an event on and they were not sure I could have some. When I asked for condiments and said I could barely walk the girl at the bar said she had been on her feet all day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had no words

Nice hotel good location to excel and 5 mins walk to underground and cable car. Rooms clean and tidy. Would been nice for some coat hooks to hang coats etc up . And some draws if you were staying longer than a few days. Breakfost ok buffet style. All staff very friendly. Car parking limited with no reserve spaces.
