The suite rooms are not up to standard; the bathtub is in very bad shape. The curtains entirely not aligned to shield lights into the room. The cleanliness of the room is so far the best which I’m very pleased. I’m ACCOR MEMBER which was not taken care as a member with the above standard however the last manager able was to come in to settle a little to make us a little happy.

Regrettably, paid but neither of the guests were able to enjoy breakfast during their stay, prompting them to seek alternatives outside the premises. Being led by hotel to resolve the issue back and fro with booking.com..hotel bear no responsibility.

Overall it was really great experience great location and very friendly staff. Only suggestion would be to keep more tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachet in the room. Milk creamers were not enough and only two in the box. But overall great experience. Staff who cleaned my room was fabulous and did amazing job throughout my stay. Please pass on this commendation to staff assigned to jo job in my room number 1624. Look forward to staying with you again. REgards Rahul
