I will be brief because it is not worth wasting time commenting. We arrived at the hotel at night and the receptionist was rude. He didn't had knowledge of the own loyalty program by Accor, and I just received a bottle of water as a welcome drink after a long "fight" with the receptionist to teach him what was the Le Club! Breakfast OK, room cleanliness OK, considering that we were in Paris. I requested late check-out until 14:00, when I returned to the hotel at 13:00 the same receptionist who said OK informed that I would no longer have the late check-out until 14:00 and I should vacate the room immediately, because they would need to wipe for the next guests! No more comments!
This is a typical Ibis located in a quiet street in a great area of Paris. We have stayed here before and love it for this reason. However, on this occasion, we arrived to be told that renovation work was taking place on the 2nd floor during the daytime. When we got to out 4th floor room the noise could have been next door it was so loud. We had to go straight out. It started again at 8.30 each morning (inc Sat). don't know what time it finished as we stayed out until after 6pm each day. My problem is not that renovation is occurring, but that, having paid in full in advance to get a good rate, we were not forewarned or offered a refund or a room in a different Ibis. This is a poor way to treat loyal customers. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and the staff are always v. friendly and helpful. Will be interested to see if Accor contact me to discuss the issue
The hotel area is very nice, close to good cafés and cool restaurant. It's like an up and coming hip area. It feels very safe in the area. Room is fine, clean and does what it say. One suggestion is to clean the air conditioning system as we feel that air quality is not very good. Also there is no tea making facility in the room, but if you ask the reception, they will give you hot water in a cup. Not very convenient.

This hotel is close to the end of the A4 motorway in eastern Paris and has a garage which you can book ahead by giving them a call. The rooms and bathrooms are smallish but clean, functional and quiet, There are two metro stations close by as well as the Gare de Lyon train station. There's also a shuttle bus which will take you to Orly or Charles de Gaulle airport if you ask at reception ahead of time. The 11ième arrondissiment is lively with lots of restaurants and bars with lots of people in the streets in the evening. It feels safe. The hotel does a self-service breakfast which is adequate. Safety boxes for valuables are available next to reception. Otherwise, snacks and drinks are available if required. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Fair location (5-minute walk to subway) and rooms (comfortable and clean, but tiny). Horrible service. Front desk has much to learn about how to treat a customer. Dealing with them was like walking on eggshells all the time, from reservation to check-out. I received a email saying no reservations would be kept for arrival after 18:00. After a few arguments they granted arrival after 18:00. On most hotels a credit card warranty would be enough to keep a stay, but I had to pay on the second night (on a three night stay). Payment was done with Le Club Accor vouchers (paid more vouchers than the total stay). As Platinum customer on Le Club Accor I have a Welcome Drink, Early Check-in and Late Check-out. On other hotels they offered me all the 3 above. On this hotel I had to ask for late check-out, which, as later I found out, was granted only for 1 room (even though I was very specific about the 2 rooms). Treatment quite different from ibis Milano Centrale, where I was granted late check-out for all my 3 rooms. We came back to the hotel for check-out just to find out that our luggage was taken from 1 room. Still I had to pay a late check-out fee. Paris have lots of touristic and beautiful places. People go there to see this places and spent money on souvenirs, shopping, restaurants and hotels. People go there and spent! It is a fact! What does it cost offer a good service so people can come back again?

The big quality of this hotel is the reception employees, especially Joana, who could speak in many languages, including mine (portuguese) and was all the time very kindness and ready to help with a very sort of information. However the room is too strait to move on inside it and isn't given to us face towel. The breakfast was very good and also the location, near of a metro station and of the Place de la Bastille.
My husband and I have stayed at the Ibis Saint Antoine several times, most recently July into August 2014, accompanied by our entire family (10 people, including 3 young children ages 5, 7 & 9). As usual, every person on the hotel team was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Our boys were full of high spirits and sometimes overly tired (15 days of family vacation in Normandy, the Loire and Paris will do that to anyone!). The 2-level family room was delightful, with the added bonus of an in-room safe. Our 4 rooms were all close to each other, and as always, clean and comfortable. The double rooms had been renovated with lovely new showers, but, of course, are compact Ibis standard rooms. The beautiful terrace is a great place to sit and relax. The neighborhood is comfortable with tons of cafés, boulangeries, the Aligre marché, shops, parks, Métro and bus stops, Place de la Bastille and Place de la Nation all steps away. The location is not in the center of the main tourist circuit, which to us is a big plus. We will return.

While hotel may be a little away from main areas we found it OK as we walked to Bastille Metro station because it was the main link to other services and on some days walked all the way to the main tourist areas. Hotel near some eateries and real benefit is a coin operated laundry within close proximity. Bed was very comfortable and staff were always prepared to help with Metro advice to get to attractions. For price compared to hotels nearer to the action we were more than happy to stay here and would do so again.

Decent no frills hotel in a good location. The family room we had was a bit tight on space with two teenagers, but weren't in it much as too busy seeing the city. Excellent breakfasts and nice garden.

The staff made the stay. They were friendly and helpful. The area is not as touristy as others. There is a great market nearby and good restaurants. The hotel has a lovely enclosed garden. On subway line 8 which is ideal for all the sites!

It's not the Ritz, but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the room was sizable enough for moving around and the staff was tremendously pleasant and helpful. We got a great deal ahead of time for 3 of us friends (2 room deal) and found the price excellent.
