In my last 3 experiences at Mercure Lourdes, I realize several improvements to be made: 1: Our foreign guests did not find anyone capable to speak english language upon arrival. And, from a "Mercure" brand, this is not acceptable. 2: Infrastructure of rooms all had issues with shower (shower log broken; lack of water at 19th floor room 1904; burnt light; little sofa with broken foot). Bed, Table, TV, courtain was ok! Breakfast also ok! 3: Check-in time. As hotel is mostly full, check-in have to be faster. Or by increasing attendees at pick time, or by having a better and modern process (for example: I stayed the last 3 weeks at hotel and all the time, I had to remake the credentials again... Clearly the system is not properly working and this causes frustration as all the time we have to confirm my data, address, etc.) To finish: Despite the last attempts, this was my last time at Mercure in Belo Horizonte. There are plenty of options and certainly I´ll be looking for them from now.
