Over all the stay was good,good location and good facilities, but the room services are not up to the mark, i waited so muchh time to get some water bottles

There are millions things wrong with this property. Let’s start rooms, they were probably built a decade ago and our room was filthy and disgusting 🤮 Called housekeeping and they basically said this the best we can do. Asked for a extra towel and housekeeping gave 10 excuses not to give a towel. Attitude of the staff was horrible. You can tell none of them cared about providing services. I can go on and on. The only thing going for this property is that view is spectacular and swimming area is good of you have kids. Stay away if you can but if you must stay have patience because it will be tested. It does look or feel like an Accor property.

This is a well located hotel providing best services. I like the view from room, pool, water rides, restaurants, and other amenities and ambiance.

I visted the hotel to give surprise staycation on my wife’s birthday. We really enjoyed the date and the location is on of best in Al Ain for staycation plans coming with beautiful scenic view and comfort stay. We like the buffet food which is very tasty and filled with enough variety. I refer this place for family as the place bring joy for kids and adult.
