Comfy stay with technical issues

Typically my stay at ibis Winterthur is fine. But this week, the Internet connection didn't work for two days, one evening was with cold water only and the rest of the week the temperature was fluctuating. Also no coffee machine in the room. I don't know what is the secret key for getting one. Otherwise clean and quiet room as usually.

last year I stay frequentely at this hotel, my previous stay before this was in December 2023. In 3 months, windows in the rooms can no longer be open, the room had a terrible smell (no wonder if the window cannot be opened), the room temperature was high. The shower did not properly function, water came out too hot or too cold, the pipe was not well in place.

Even though situated a bit on the side, the staff was friendly, the room quiet and bed was good. The only small thing would be that the placement of the electric outputs was a bit difficult to use when wanting to charge something bedside.

It was OK as usual. Only thing that was a bit disturbing was the locked window that could not be opened. Also I would like to have possibility to have a nice dinner at the hotel in the evening.
