Novotel Monterrey Valle: 2.0 out of 5 stars "Monterrey Trip"

The ad said we would get a modern room and minibar. The room was of old decor, no minibar. We had to take cold showers two of the three days due to a problem with the water and were never notified of the issue. The staff seemed disinterested in general. I will not stay there again.
