Noise from the room next door could be heard quite loud in my bedroom. Also, the breakfest service could have been better. there was usually one waiter running around to serve many tables and, due to the lack of support for him, food was not served as quickly as expected. Also, there should be a menu to choose from. Waiters presented the options verbally and very fast, which makes it difficult for a foreign national to understand. Despite these points, the service at the check in and check out was good, hotel was clean and organized.

There was not hot water for a couple of days but they moved us to a better hotel paying the same fare.

Reception was helpful and bilingual. Room was quiet, comfortable and cleaned thoroughly daily. Restaurant food was poor at breakfast and dinner. Had to leave the premises for meals.

I continue to choose Accor for brand loyalty, but each visit seems to decline in quality. This time, my stay was marred by the absence of running water for the first 4 hours, necessitating a hotel switch. Despite the staff's kindness, particularly Helena, I was only refunded 50% of the rate. Regrettably, the experience was not satisfactory.
