Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.Hotel right next to station so getting into central London was very easy.All the staff were very polite and helpful.Breakdast was all you cold ask for.Would recommend this hotel.View management response »

Great location- next to Greenwich train and DLR station. Staff very helpful and great service. Food in restaurant excellent and breakfasts great value and choice. Rooms clean and well appointed especially if you upgrade to executive room. Really quiet and slept well.View management response »

"OK but not great"

The room we were given was very warm, despite the air con being turned down. We couldn't open the window because the main road was outside. There was a crack in the bathroom vanity light and the toilet door was stiff, meaning the door had to be banged shut. We paid the special rate of £9.99 for the breakfast, which was good value, although the normal £15 rate was over-priced.Staff were lovely and gave our daughter some little teddies, which was a sweet touch. Would stay again, but a few glitches make it a borderline decision.View management response »

"Overnight Stay with friends"

We stayed for one night at the Novotel Greenwich. Great location, right next to the DLR so good transport links. Very friendly welcome at reception and even though we arrived before 2pm, our room was ready for us. Very comfortable and clean with a great layout, even sep bath and shower and sep wc. Parking is discounted in the car park below and is £13.00 per 24 hrs which is not bad for London.We had lunch in the bar and a bottle of wine, service was extremely good as was the food.We also booked the breakfast which was exceptionally good with plenty of choice of everything from fresh fruits and cereals, a great hot buffet and a good choice of pastries and breads.Service on checking out was also good. "Very nice stay in London"

Lovely clean room, good condition -- adjoining with a room for our 2 children which was perfect. Overall a very good stay. the only improvement would be to have more control over regulating the temperature in the bedrooms -- the heating worked very well as it was a bit warm at night. However, overall very happy with the quality of service, value, location and standard.View management response »

"friendly and polite staff"

Enjoyed the stay. The room was very quiet and I did not hear any noise from the train station which was next to the hotel. The staff in the restaurant (breakfast & dinner time) were very friendly and polite. It was very busy at breakfast time, but what I was impressed by was how the staff worked and I was not made to rush my breakfast and I stayed as long as I wanted too. When I left the restaurant, staff still found time to say "have a good day". These small things I find very important when staying in a hotel.View management response »

The hotel is well placed for o2 Arena and maritime Greenwich.The rooms were excellent, very clean and comfortable.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Unfortunately during our two day stay we had no hot water at all for over 12 hours.View management response »
