Fine for the price, couple of little niggles

Reasonable experience for the price, however a few things weren't ideal. The shower head would not stay in one position and kept sliding to the bottom of the pole whilst insisting on pointing at the wall ! No milk for the coffee / tea in the room No water in the room. No iron in the room.

I booked a last minute stay and I was still warmly welcomed and everything put it place to host 2 adults and 2 kids. They didn’t get the chance to put in their little gifts for the room before I arrived for my check in but one of the receptionist brought it up to the room. Hervé and his amazing smile and tact, gave us all the information we needed and made sure we got settled in properly and equally assured our effortless check out. I only stayed a night but I’ll be sure to be back for more because the level of hospitality and warmth we got is what makes demarcates a hotel from a rental. Thanks to the entire team for their smiles.
