Overall, very good! The facilities & furnishings are new, clean, modern, and welcoming. My only qualm is that the air conditioning did not seem to function properly in neither mine nor my father's room--making the room considerably warm and stuffy. Outside of that, the convenient location make this a solid choice for those arriving or departing from MXP

Regarding air conditioning, our hotel, like all accommodations in Italy, has a centralized air conditioning/heating system, which emits warm air during the fall/winter season and cooled air during the summer season. (Unfortunately, we were not expecting this "abnormal" heat and could not manually provide the cold air setting; I can understand the inconvenience and for this I apologize Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one. Modern. Bright, clean , spacious, right by the airport , well equipped with really helpful staff - especially the receptionist (Luca we think his name was). He showed amazing customer service and sorted things out for us with a smile and a complimentary drink when, after a hideous day of driving a 7 hour detour due to road closures and having missed our flights, we arrived at the hotel and realised that in my tired state I’d booked the hotel for a years time! Thank you so much from 4 tired travellers , you were a shining star on a difficult day

Rooms were clean, we were in the larger rooms which were about the average size of a US hotel. It was fine for what we needed, the service in the restaurant was great but the food was just okay.

I've been here for work and my stay was superb! reception staff is super helful and kind. restaurant offers a great a variety of local dishes and in the evening also pizza. Sara and Gioavnni deserve a big praise for them courtesy and friendliness
