We chose to stay at this hotel because we were going to watch cup final of French football league. Hotel was in good location and clean like any other ibis hotels but very rude people at the reception made our stay at this comfortable hotel dissapointing one.

1- Le lavabo de la salle de bain etait bouche, l'eau coulait tres doucement et c'etait deplaisant et deguelasse.Bref, nous n'etions pas content.2- Ma soeur est passe le 31 decembre en provenance du Congo et elle est venue a l'hotel et a du laisser un message ecrit et son numero de telephone pour que nous puissions la contacter.Malheureusement, le message n'a pas ete transmis et nous sommes revenus sans la voir et quand elle est repassee le 2/01, la reception lui apprend que nous sommes partis et que d'autres personnes ont occupe la chambre. Pour un hotel renomme comme le votre, ce manquement n'est pas du tout normal. Nous sommes rentres tres decus a cause de ca car nous devions passer le reveillons ensemble. A part ca, le reste etait parfait.

We enjoyed our trip and we appreciated the hostel. The indication " DO NO DISTURB " is very important for doors but we did not find it. Also the time to clean the room is too early and we have to wake up early or we come there to relax and sleep well for holiday.We really love IBIS and we come back soon as we can.Tanks

Again the towels are for midgets, thin and hard. There was no food served on the weekend, nowhere to buy food in the area and as I have coeliac disease and diabetes that made for problems. On the second night we went down to the dining room for a buffet dinner and there were flys sitting on the cold meats. My husband is allergic to seafood the continuous Paella was also not an option. The traffic noise was frightful, starting at 4.30 am.
