A typical Ibis, in process of renovation, but with exceptional staff. Easy to get to from the Nantes peripherique.The only downside is that - not unusually - rooms used not to be non-smoking. So there can be an overwhelming 'cigarette' smell; the staff relocated us to an historically non-smoking room immediately. Apparently, they plan to 'fix' the smoky rooms during renovation.

Stayed for one night to visit the large Ikea store which is close by. The staff were very friendly and we were able to get a late dinner at the hotel restaurant. The room is typical - small and basic but with everything you need and very comfortable - and extremely clean. The hotel is well run and cared for.
